Luxurious Upgraded 2nd floor unit over looking 1st hole on 9-hole par 3 golf course that is beautifully manicured.
Prime location...Walking distance to the beach, main pool, restaurant and tiki bar.
1/1 Ocean Villa III unit, in an elevator building. This villa features granite counter tops throughout, high end furnishings, screen patio with a view of the 1st hole of the golf course and a peek of the ocean. The living room has a Murphy bed with a comfortable queen mattress. Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom.
Come and enjoy all the amenities available at our Ocean Front Resort Style Community Ocean Village.
