This home is just over one mile from the beach, enough to enjoy peaceful surroundings but close enough to travel to the beach whenever guests feel like! The famous Caye Caulker is just under one-and-a-quarter miles from the studio. Guests can plan to get closer to the marine life with a tour from Belize Diving Services, just under one mile away. Suggestion Gourmet restaurant is a few steps away, and many other restaurants are within walking distance.

Close to airport so 10 minute walk to center. Bikes, though in bad shape, were appreciated. A lot of living space and good AC. Good bang for the buck!

Easy check in, clean, stocked in the kitchen with what you need. No cockroachs or bugs, AC worked great. Great location. It's a quiet spot, but easy to walk or bike to anywhere on the island. The only complaint I have is the mattress. It's more like a thick pad. It wasn't very comfortable. The bikes could use a tune up, as we had to use our own Leatherman tool to fix the wobbly wheel. It was a decent enough place to stay for our trip.

Excellent communication with the owner. She will make it very simple and stress free

The room was clean. The owner is absolutely great with communication! She set up all the taxi rides and made my trip extremely stress free. Asked for a change of bedding and when I got home that evening her manager had already come in and I had nice clean bedding that night. Cannot express enough how stress free this owner will make your trip. Just reach out to her when she makes contact with you. She will have people in place that are very kind and ready to take you to the water taxi or to where you are staying. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation!

A relief from hostel stays

The check-in process was easy and there was A/C and Christmas music on when I arrived. The bed is very comfortable, with nice pilllows. The internet connection is good and there is a smart TV so I was able to log onto Netflix. The water comes warm from the tap but it's filtered for drinking and there are some jugs you can fill and put in the fridge. There were ice cubes ready in the freezer, too. The kitchen is nicely stocked, and if staying longer there is plenty of space to store groceries. There are two bikes to use which is great, but the roads are riddled with potholes so that's something to keep in mind. The bathroom fixtures could use a upgrade, especially the tub, but water pressure and temperature were good.
