The Estates are the exclusive development of single homes to the left of the gate house as you enter King's Creek Plantation resort. These homes feature the decor and details expected in luxury vacationing. There is a patio and balconies to experience a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There are three master bedrooms, one standard bedroom with a private bath, and 3 sleeper sofas. Large whirl pool tubs adorn each master bedroom suite. Sleeper sofas are located in the living rooms. The living rooms and bedrooms all have flat screen TV's. There are three washers and dryers. Three dishwashers...AND three kitchens! The kitchens are fully stocked with appliances, granite counter tops, and an outdoor gas grill. Imagine spending the holidays with your family in one of these luxury vacation homes in historic Williamsburg. This property is just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, 15 minutes away from the Yorktown and Jamestown beaches. Enjoy theme parks (Busch Gardens and Water Country USA), shopping, and dining. Fun family stay

Nice place convenient to everything in Williamsburg. During our stay we swam in the pools, went to the playground, jogged the neighborhood, and grilled out. We also cooked every night in the kitchen. It was perfect for a low key family vacation.

Great place!

We were in town for our daughter's graduation from William and Mary. We rented all three units to get a total of four bedrooms. That gave us plenty of space to have people stop by throughout the weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls golf trip

4 girls in a golf tournament. The property was perfect as everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Very nice!

Williamsburg vacation

Overall had a great time. Property was very clean overall. Rugs could use a quick cleaning to meet my very high expectations. The community itself is beautifully kept and the pool we used was excellent also. Would definitely go back again.

Girls Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect for our family. The accommodations met our needs with plenty of space and sleeping areas. We could all be together around the main table and then go to our separate sleeping areas at night. Loved that there was a door between two of them to open up and feel together.

We would book again!

This booking was just as promised. Clean, comfortable, enough space for everyone, and close to everything. As this is a timeshare resort, there’s just enough towels and dishes for each person. Only 1 pillow per person. Housekeeping will bring more, but there’s a charge for more towels. So make sure you bring or plan to buy detergent to wash your linens while you’re there, containers and food/seasonings if you’re doing any cooking. The kitchen had all the the pans/utensils that we needed. Check in and check out was very simple and resort was very nice, though we were so busy we didn’t get to spend much time there.

Great location but...

The resort was less than ideal despite its excellent location. The grounds were lovely though there were no paths or sidewalks to walk on in order to get to the pools, tennis courts, playground and community center. Walking on the roads with young ones was not easy. The kitchen was hard to work in- electric stovetop not fully functional with minimal kitchen utensils. The living room sofa had broken coils. The rug sweeper was too dirty to use. The upstairs MBR bathroom sink oozed black slime from the drain. Fortunately, we had a second bathroom to share with our adult children and young grandchildren. The outdoor pools were nice, though the tiles should be scrubbed clean. We were disappointed that both the sauna and the steam room in the community center was out of order during our stay. What was lovely, were the outdoor grills that were cleaned daily, and the daily trash removal ( though sadly no pick up recycling). We will definitely return to Williamsburg which has so much to offer a vacationing family, but will likely research other accommodations.

We are surprised to hear this feedback. It would have been helpful to notify us or the front desk during your stay of the bathroom and stove. They easily could have had a maintenance crew over to repair. Yes due to Covid and peoples safety the steam room/saunas are temporarily shut down as the resort is adhering to CDC guidelines.

Nice but

Upon check-in we were told our reservation had been cancelled. As a result our place was not cleaned. Even after it had been cleaned it still wasn't very clean. Probably because they were rushed to get it done. They were still cleaning when we arrived. 1. Entrance was covered with dead bugs and spider webs. 2. Carpets were dirty and stained. 3. Inside cabinetry had crumbs inside of them. 4. Outside of the cabinetry needed to be wiped down because of ketchup spill. 5. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were ok. 6. Furniture was old and uncomfortable 7. House was not a single dwelling but was three separate units. Could only access two from inside. Third had to be accessed by exterior door. 8. Dryer vent in one unit was blocked and hadn't been cleaned. Potential fire hazard? 9. Pool areas were attended but were not all that clean. 10. Attendees did very little other than watch their phones. Even when trash was blowing around and Umbrella was broken. 11. Great and convenient location.

We will pass on your comments to the property manager and housekeeping department. Your room was handled as soon as you called even though you arrived 3 hours prior to check in. If you arrived at thescheduled time of arrival we are sure there would not have been any issue with check in. We are happy you enjoyed the area and location. I only wish you would have let us know about the room cleanliness upon arrival so we could have had the opportunity to rectify immedialty and not hear about it after your stay.

The Resort is Wonderful
