Great property

Phyllis’ property was awesome! We came to Swannanoa to have Christmas with family. We not only had plenty of room for us but living room, kitchen, and dining room were spacious enough that we had Christmas and all other get together with family there. We came with 6 and my family from there was 6 so for Christmas we had 12 people. The open floor plan allowed for people to be in living room and dining room and still feel together. We enjoyed playing games and hanging out. Everything you could possibly need for cooking was there, not like some places where there is the bare minimum. We would be happy to return and stay again.

Community Service Trip

It was nice to have two kitchens with a group of 10 people. I would recommend only having 8 people in this space. The view and outdoor space was really nice. Best location! Property owner was very accomdating.

Relaxing

The home fit our family very comfortably. The property owners were easy to communicate with. We especially enjoyed the view on the back patio of the mountains.

Well cared for home

Phyllis & Dave have a lovely home which thoughtfully seems to have anything one would need for a stay. We had two families staying, for which the up-and-down design was perfect. The patio, backyard, and horses added great ambience. Perfect location for our trips into Black Mountain and Asheville! Obviously a lot of work and care was put into this home, and when we are back in the area, we will hope to stay again. Thank you! -Matt

Mountain Get Away

Right away the outside property was well maintained with a beautiful view on backside of property . Plenty of covered outdoor sitting and a fire pit! Inside the home was spotless and felt like home. Every room equipped with everything you need! We hope to stay at this home again!!
