Everything we could have wanted.

Everything went to plan, we were met as arranged and shown around. The apartment had all the things we needed and was very clean. The location is close to the port and town centre. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Very well equipped, stylish and comfortable studio apartment - ideal for a couple - five minute walk from Av. de Champagne, the centre and all the local attractions and restaurants. Easy to find and great communication, care and advice from our hosts made it special. Merci!

Wouldn’t stay there again

We found not having wifi a problem for us in particular, every place we have rented has always had wifi so we did not check that before booking as we had rented this apartment before through previous owner and it did then. It is ok if you like sleeping on a very very hard bed with cushion for pillows, we both had very restless nights. We were also told we had to be out by 9 am on the morning of departure and when we said our flight was at 16.40 we were granted another 2 hours. We found the hosts father who looked after the premises and does not have any English very stern and unfriendly. There is a lovely balcony to sit out with view but unusable when we were there as the sun is low in September and came under the sun shade, which just retracted anyway as soon as there was a breeze. We suggested just a parasol to fit on the little table as the previous host had and worked beautifully as you could move it to best shade advantage, but that was ignored. The weather was particularly hot in the high 20s and most days in 30s, so no sitting out for us. On the positive side the apartment is air conditioned

Merci pour votre commentaire mais l’annonce précise l’ensemble des points que vous soulevez. Quant à la literie, vous la connaissez déjà puisque que c’est la même que l’ancien propriétaire. Pour ce qui est de l’horaire de départ, vous comprendrez que dans l’état où vous avez laissé l’appartement (au passage le ménage n’était pas compris), il nous fallait du temps pour accueillir décemment le locataire suivant. C’est la première fois en 2 ans que nous avons la moindre remarque sur l’accueil et les équipements de l’appartement. Cette expérience n’étant pas concluante nous ne souhaitons pas la renouveler non plus.

Wir haben hier als Familie 9 Nächte am Meer verbracht und es war alles super. Die Wohnung ist richtig gemütlich, sehr sauber und liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Kleinstadt. Der Gastgeber ist total freundlich. Besonders gut fanden wir den sicheren, abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Die Sandstrände sind einfach klasse. Ein absolut perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub mit der Familie.

Ich liebe Marseillan, es ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort der nicht überlaufen ist.

Annonce conforme. Très satisfait de l'appartement, de son équipement et sa situation à 300m du centre ville. Résidence calme et propre. Très bon accueil de de Gérard qui est de bon conseil. On recommande vivement cet appartement.
