This Duplex with two bedrooms is ideally located 100m from the port of Brusc, everything can be done on foot, shops, restaurant, beach, pier for the island of Embiez, nautical activities: kayak rental, boat rental, diving club ... just a 2-minute walk away.

Nice living room with TV area and new sofa bed (140 cm), fitted kitchen, dining room, WC.
Upstairs :
A bedroom with bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with bed (140 cm), a bathroom with shower and wc included.
