A cupboard with a washing machine. <br>On the terrace you can have a quiet lunch and enjoy a plancha, table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers.<br>You can park nearby (public parking at the end of the street) and do your shopping on foot. 2 minutes away is the superb covered market open during the high season every morning and the rest of the year 4 times a week. The shopping street is also right next door with its shops, restaurants, bars and cinema.<br>The village of Saint Pierre is in the middle of the island of Oléron you can easily criss-cross all the beaches by bike or car, the nearest beach is 3.5kms away, it is doable by bike and family by the cycle path.<br><br>Please note, *during school holidays the house is rented by the week. From November to March inclusive (in April depending on the temperature) an extra charge of 40 euros is required for heating for the week, 25 for 4 days.
