My family was very happy with the location & the amenities of the property. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out. Very thoughtful of the owners to have beach gear like chairs & umbrellas for guests to use during stay. I highly recommend this rental to any family desiring a low maintenance beach vacation.

We had a wonderful time with our family. There are Beautiful views of the bay from the balcony. Only downfall was there were blind slats missing which caused alot of light into the rooms and not as much privacy as I hoped. It was a cute little condo and I would definitely go back.

Ideal Beach Trip

Our unit and the larger property were both clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having both close beach access and direct balcony view of the bay. We were able to enjoy the pool as well paddle board directly from the back dock. Seeing multiple manatees was a tremendous bonus!

The sunrise on the bay is beautiful too! The condo itself had everything we needed & the location is ideal. I found myself walking to Cafe Soleil to grab the best coffee & heading back to the balcony to enjoy the morning. I cannot wait to go back.

The condo was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. My family and I could not have asked for a better location for our get-away. The only noticeable issue was a slight plumbing issue in the front bathroom but as soon as office management was notified, the issue was completely resolved within hours. Top notch establishment! I only wish Hurricane Ian had not driven us out before the end of our scheduled stay. We will certainly be returning :)

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed that the rules such as pool hours and loud music were never enforced. There were parties around the pool which included loud music and grilling and swimming all night long. One morning there was even a person passed out on one of the lounge chairs. Our condo unit could also use a lot of updating. Only 4 forks and no plastic glasses to use at pool. Some of the Vertical blinds were missing and prevented privacy. Kitchen ceiling needs to be repaired.

This year the dishwasher in Penthouse 1 in which were staying was inoperable. After 4 nights we moved to PH2 because a replacement washer could not be installed until Friday. Additionally the overhead light in the dining area was also in operable as it was last year at this time. It may be time to replace it. The dryer in Rm. 512 was so noisey that you could not hear the TV, which we did not report. The management staff was doing their best to solve the dishwasher problem, but I feel that the appliances etc, in the units should be checked the day before the guests are scheduled to arrive.

Base don conversations with guests staying at other resorts in the area they talked about mold and uncleanliness but we couldn't relate. Everything was very clean, stocked, and maintained well. The only negative I heard from our group was one person talking about how firm the mattresses were but that's all preference.Would highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phenomenal property centrally located on St Pete’s Beach Gulf Boulevard whose patio’s have stunning east and west exposures. Everyday was about morning coffees enjoying sunrise over Boca Ciega Bay and evening cocktails on the front veranda overlooking the Gulf shore beaches. We were spoiled by the attention we got from the property managers Colleen and Rachel, it was very evident this team enjoyed their work and really cared for the property and its guests. Be sure to add this one to your list of places to visit on the West Coast... we already booked our next stay!
