This condo sits in the perfect location at an affordable rate. The nearest ski lift is just a parking lot away (approx. 200 yards). Old town is also within walking distance, however if you prefer a free shuttle bus comes approximately every half hour for a quick ride downtown. This shuttle is also easy access to outlet malls, Deer Valley Ski Resort, and The Canyons Ski Resort.

In the condo there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, TV. with cable, and a private bathroom with a full bath. The second bedroom includes two twin size beds, and a TV. with cable. The living room also has a TV. with cable along with a large sofa with can be pulled out into a bed. The condo also includes a small dining area along with a kitchen.

Great location, great property!

Great location just across the street from the lifts, easy access to bus line. Mark was very attentive and made the stay very easy. Highly recommend for a group of skiers or family who enjoys the outdoors.

Great Spot!

Parents and I had a great time! Close to the hill and an easy walk in to town. Owner communicated everything very well and responded to any questions quickly. Would stay again!

Great value / perfect location

This is a simple condo with great amenities in a perfect location. Easily walkable to the main base area / lifts and also close enough to Main Street to walk if you enjoy walking. The shared hot tub and pool are great… we met friendly people there each of the five times we went.

Comfortable and clean condo, Great location.

Another year in the books! Mark is an excellent host. Walking distance to the chairs and to the free bus routes, makes it easy to get around park city. The condo was prefect for us, we were able to snowboard most the day and relax in the hot tub and have dinner together, before a night on the town.thank you Mark

Park city ski trip

Overall great. Property is less than a 20 minute walk from the resort center. Clean and easy check in and out. Right next to a bus stop and an easy walk to old town. My son-in-law and I had a great trip and this property was perfect.

So easy to get to the slopes! So easy to hop the bus to Main Street or the Fresh Market. Quiet! We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo!

Great Stay

Perfect for our group ! We didn’t have a car but it didn’t matter . Everything was within easy walking distance . Only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t open ! Would highly recommend . Communication was definitely top notch !

Great place to stay for ski week

The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, easy to check in, great location close to the lifts with plenty of room for a family of four. The kitchen was well stocked but could use a few new pots and pans. The bus stop for the city busses was right outside the door. Hot tub and pool were nice after a day of skiing. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect family condo

Cozy condo for a family of four with two teenagers. Easy walk to the lift or to wait for the bus just footsteps away. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed to cook easily after shopping. We would definitely return. Great communication with owner.

Easy walk to First Time Lift

parking easy and close. Few stairs to unit. Kitchen stuff (flatware) and pots need updating. Close to bus stop. Great for skiers.
