Our unit is located close to the gate for easy load & unload. Enjoy the large pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and spacious lawn area! Or take an easy walk to the river, beaches, 2 golf courses, boat launches, playground & trails!

Winter in Crescent Bar is also very enchanting and relaxing! Come and enjoy the crisp sunny days. Bundle up for some golf, a walk along the river or bring your boat for a smooth cruise and some fishing. Mission Ridge Ski area is only 45 minutes away and tons of fun for skiers, snowboarders or going sledding. Very quiet and peaceful in the winter for a quick getaway to rejuvenate. And with over 300 days of sunshine a year it is sure to help beat the winter blues!

Main level has a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and dining table which seats 6.
A very comfortable living area with sofa to relax and watch T.V. or just stare out the window at the well maintained grounds and pool area.

Main level also includes:

-Main Bedroom featuring Queen size bed

-Full size washer/dryer (great for those week long stays!)

-Bathroom with full size tub/shower and large vanity

-Plenty of room for everyone to relax, play games, cook and enjoy!

Upstairs you will find the 2nd bedroom with a Queen Bed, dresser

There is also a loft area where you will find another queen size bed, dresser and T.V.

You will also find a triple Bunk Bed in the hallway for the kiddos or adults that are young at heart.

There is a second bath upstairs

The deck provides a pool view and has a BBQ and overhead patio lights for a nice warm glow in the evening.
