Undeniably, the best location within Sunserra! This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom + loft/2 ½ bath home is located on the 9th fairway of the Sunserra golf course with breathtaking views of the Columbia River. Situated directly across from the main pool and tennis courts. The master bedroom is located on the main floor for privacy and is very spacious with a large walk- in closet and attached master bath. The guest bedroom and loft space are located upstairs along with the guest bath and linen closet. Both bedrooms have king beds and the loft includes a twin over full bunkbed. The open concept of the main level is perfect for entertaining with a large great room/kitchen and dining area that opens directly to the patio.

This home include 3 smart tv’s, gas BBQ, gas firepit with patio furniture and a golf membership for four people to enjoy during your stay. Family friendly!

While visiting Crescent Bar, you will have access to all of the amentities that Sunserra has to offer. Beautiful swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and new pickleball courts in this recreational paradise where the sun shines 300 days a year. Even a 9-hole golf course, where every hole promises to play like you’re approaching the green at a PGA tour event. After a fun day of water sports on the Columbia, have drinks and relax by the fireplace at the Sunfire Bar and Grill. Grab an ice cream or a latte at Cup and Cone located at the clubhouse. They also have delicious breakfast burritos!

You can also access Gorge Shuttles and Winery Shuttles from Sunserra.

Best sunserra stay we’ve ever had

This was the perfect layout for us! Large living space, bonus loft area with bunks, it was great! The home was clean, the view was awesome and the units location is right next to the main pool. Christy was a great host, super helpful and communicative. We would highly recommend this place!!

This property was just as advertised, in a great location with a fabulous view, walkable to the pool and restaurant, and convenient to the boat launch - which we were particularly interested in. The water was terrific for skiing. Christy was gracious and helpful from the booking to the planning and during the time we were there. Big thumbs up.

Family 4th of July

This is a great property and located in the heart of Crescent Bar area. The owner had set out 4th of July decorations making it warm, inviting and festive. The property is completely stocked for foodies and cooks. We had easy access into the secure neighborhood, wonderful beds and bathroom set up like a spa. The view of the Columbia River is amazing.

Exceeded Expectations!

We've been going to Crescent Bar every year for over 23 years. Christy's place is the best we've found. Very clean, updated, well equipped, and a great location on the golf course and near the pool. Christy was great to work with! A much better condo and experience than we have had with other local rental companies.

Beautiful relaxing getaway

Christy was a wonderful host and very responsive to all our needs. Her home was everything we were hoping for and more. Very well stocked with all amenities. We were able to golf everyday. The location was excellent- right on the ninth hole and across from the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each night for dinner and drinks with the fire going, looking at the views of the river. Enjoyed the BBQ. Would highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
