Truly excellent

This is a well-furnished and modern apartment in Caen and we loved staying there. Michel was wonderful and easy to deal with both before and during our trip. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we wanted. It is very cozy. We ate out all the time but the kitchen seemed well appointed if you wanted to eat in. The shower was excellent with great water pressure and a good amount of hot water. The washing machine takes a bit of a while because it is small so plan ahead for that; it works well it just takes a while. The location is lovely with a wonderful bakery across the street and it is near the river. It was only a 10-20 minute walk to most places in Caen. The city itself is absolutely lovely. Our favorite was the Rue St. Pierre. We came for a trip to the Normandy beaches and I highly recommend staying in Caen (and at this apartment). Bonne journey!

Excellent property in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in this location. The owner was kind and left treats as a welcome. It is modern, clean, safe and has an elevator! The parking was very important to us and we had no problem with accessing it. It was very close to a grocery and bakery. Highly recommend this location as a base for travels in this area.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très très bien, entièrement rénové et en parfait état avec tout ce qu'il faut. Très bien situé. Propriétaire très sympa et et arrangeant. Belle ville de Caen arboré et verdoyante. Région superbe. Je recommande cet appartement.

Habitant à la île de la Réunion. On a visité en long en large Caen Très bon séjour sauf c’est très coûteux… L’habitat était à proximité de transports ( SNCF bus tram etc Encore merci
