We had a lovely stay in this bright and modern apartment. Location was excellent being very close to restaurants and bars and a couple of convenience stores. I would highly recommend this place for a stay.

The location was perfect - close to the castle and an easy walk into the centre of town. The accommodation was roomy, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. On site parking was a great advantage. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in this area - easy to access all the sites on the coast and to venture into Calvados.

Lovely appartment in great location

Ideally located in the centre of Caen. Very spacious for 2-5 people with 2 bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen and lovely garden. Owners made us feel very welcome.

Check in was very easy, location was great and the house was clean and well stocked. It was very warm when arrived (31C) and no fans were provided but the ample windows and doors cooled it off sufficiently. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Place!

The property was as described and was perfect. We had everything that we could need and it was very clean and organized. We stayed 2 nights and used it as a base for our Normandy excursions. It was easy to get in and out of town and also to walk to some beautiful sights right there in Caen. My family enjoyed the place very much!

Amazing Place and Location

The apartment was absolutely perfect, very clean, well done, and included everything we could want or need. Information was provided for around the area as well. This is a wonderful place to rent. I would come back here the next time I am in the area.

Great Stay at a Great Location

Apartment was as described, very clean, excellent instructions (in both French and English) and easy to access on arrival. The location is wonderful, with a parking spot available in the busy city of Caen. Very secure location. Plaza of nice restaurants is only 250m away. Kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. Good WiFi too. An excellent place to stay!

Very good location

This is a great place to visit Caen. It's located a few minutes walking from dowtown, bakery and grocery store! You can park your car in the courtyard. It is well equipped, and decorated with taste. We highly recommend it!

Great apartment in a great location.

Very well equipped in a great central location. The off street parking was a blessing. We were in Caen during an autumn heatwave, 30 every day, which is very unusual even in summer. The apartment got a little warm during the day, but late in the afternoon a cool breeze arrived. The ventilation was fantastic cooling down the apartment quickly. The property is bigger than it looks in the photos. We would return again!

Perfect location for visiting the Normandy beaches

We were so happy with our accommodations! We were barely there as each day was spent touring the area, but when we returned it the evening it was a short 2-3 minute walk to the Caen Historic Centre with a great selection of cafes and bistros. We would not hesitate to book again! The weather was warm and I thought I had bought myself a fan, but once plugged in it turned out to be a heater, lol. My bad for not understanding the language. There is a now a space heater in the apartment, my donation. :-)
