Ideal for us

This lovely apartment was perfect for my friend and me. It was secure and well-furnished. The host was marvelous, very upfront about an issue he was having with the hot water heater and explaining how to restart it if it went out. I highly recommend this place.

Noisy stay

The property its self was ok and clean. Unfortunately the neighbours in the flat above were extremely noisy when we arrived and again all night. We left the property 2 days early due to the intrusive noise of the people above. We asked the owner for a refund but his only response was he was surprised we had left and has never had anyone leave before. No response regarding a refund was given.

Beautiful Apartment!

We stayed at Chez Alphonse for 2 nights whilst visiting family in Vannes. It couldn't have been a better place to stay. It was perfectly located, within walking distance of Vannes centre and our family. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with crisp white bedlinen and a large double bed, twin bedded room. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you, David, for hosting us. We will definitely be back.

Je recommande Chez Alphonse !

Un logement parfait ! Tout neuf, très propre, avec tout le confort possible (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-onde, congélateur, console, wifi, sèche-cheveux, trousse de secours...), et même des petits gadgets hyper pratiques comme le multi-câble de recharge branché sur la table de nuit ;) Le linge de lit et le linge de toilette sont fournis et tous les petits produits utiles (savon, shampoing, liquide vaisselle...) sont à disposition, si on aime voyager léger :) L'appartement est situé à proximité du centre-ville (facile à pied même avec un enfant de 2 ans) et au calme malgré tout. L'appartement est tout mignon, avec une déco très soignée et très cosy. Bref, un endroit où on se sent bien ! En plus, David est toujours joignable et aux petits soins. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés !

Sehr schöne Ferienzeit :-)

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles neu und modern. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann prima von dort in die Altstadt laufen. ;) Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Es war toll dort!

Apparemment agréable

Appartement bien agréable, bien situé dans Vannes. Il est également bien équipé, literie de bonne qualité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet endroit, ainsi que la disponibilité du propriétaire. À refaire.

Très bon séjour

Excellents moments passés dans cet appartement, très bien agencé, tout refait à neuf, nous n’avons manqué de rien, cuisine équipée, tout était parfait pour passer un bon séjour, nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter et y retournerons les yeux fermés, David s’est montré toujours disponible pour répondre à d’éventuelles questions. Merci pour tout !
