About this property

Apartment in the historic center of Vannes with a private courtyard and garage; sleeps 4

Charming 40-square-meter apartment with a 50-square-meter private courtyard and a private, enclosed garage. Ideally located in the historic Saint-Patern area, close to the harbour, city centre, and all amenities. The apartment has been completely renovated and is very well equipped. Bedroom (off the main living area), kitchen, bathroom, and a mezzanine with 2 beds (80×190) + 1 cot. It feels like staying in a little townhouse thanks to its private inner courtyard, which offers peace and space. See you soon. Nolwenn & Patrice

Good location and a nice place with external space

It is a nice property and a great location being able to walk in to the centre of the old city in just a few minutes. It is well equipped and is reasonably recent so items like a plug socket each side of the bed to charge devices. It would have been nice to be able to hang up clothes and a bed side table on each side. The ability to sit outside was the largest boon of this property.

Confortable appartement

Kommen gerne wieder
