Casa Keenan by Jaco Vacation
Casa Keenan is a very secure and private home located in Jacó's nicest neighborhood, Barrio Ricos y Famosos. It has a private swimming pool with a large adjoining rancho for socializing and cooking outside, complete with a propane BBQ.
Inside, the house has vaulted wood ceiling in the living room and imported Pella windows throughout for great sound and weather insulation. The house is cooled throughout with mini-split air conditioners. Each shower also features an energy-efficient, on-demand hot water shower.
Two bedrooms and bathrooms are in the main house (at opposite sides of the house for greater privacy) and the third bedroom and bathroom is detached for added privacy and is great for extended families coming to visit.
Our home has a 8kW photovoltaic solar system to keep the electric consumption down in spite of having many electrical creature comforts such as the air conditioning, on-demand hot water and a clothes dryer.
The house is equipped with 4 bicycles and body and surf boards so that guests can really have fun in Jacó!
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. It has secure off-street parking and laundry facility on-site.
We provide excellent concierge's service and can arrange your transportation, recommend restaurants and activities and get you discounts on a multitude of tours.
