Newly remodel and refurnished entirely this construction is with high ceilings with a boating theme with totally relaxing mixtures set in a large plush tropical environment with plants fruit trees and boast total privacy, tranquility and serenity.

All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
The large and completely PRIVATE pool, is totally part of the property.
3 Car parking area.
This unique home in the center of Jaco is of 2 story, the 2nd floor is of the main house with Master bedroom and bathroom with shower / jet tub while the guest bedroom share a full bathroom. Nice huge Kitchen with all equipped appliances are complemented with a 6 people large island. Outdoor partly covered terrace with a 6 people Tek table for evening dinner gives to the boat shaped exactly a s bow!
The main floor as 2 apartment style One with 2 bedrooms a shared bathroom small living room and dining area with a fully loaded small kitchen and the 2nd a 1 bedroom, full bathroom, Small dining area and living room with also a small fully loaded kitchen.

Outside you will find the large terrace by a nice deep pool, 1.5m, with blue light against a fully equipped rancho with BBQ grill, small fridge for refreshments and small ultility sink all set with i nice soft lighting set up for the terrace.
Around the house lost of space and greens with fruit trees.

Great location, beautiful pool, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was great very responsive and can assist with a lot of activities. This house is three separate units which turned out to be another positive.

Amazing stay. We were skeptical at first due to the property location. But upon arrival everything was in walking distance very private, spacious and secure. Christmas 2023

We had a great time at Casa de Barco for Christmas! The host was so helpful with everything! We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers and the set up of the house was lerfect for us. It's within walking distrance to town and the beach. Jaco is a cool little town with great resteraunts and bars. All of our excursions picked us up from the house and taxi's are everywhere so I would fargo a rental car.

From arriving to the airport our host Robert was on it. He arrange our transportation from the airport to our Villa. The driver he got was was very professional and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before he dropped us off at our location. When we arrived at our Villa my group was wowed on how clean and beautiful the property was. It had everything we needed including a full size Fridge with a freezer. Upon arrival Robert checked up on us and made us feel comfortable since it was our first time in Jacó. He ensured us if we needed anything we is reachable. He schedule housekeeping to clean after us on a daily basis of course this was extra but it was very cheap and worth it. Ty Robert for the great hospitality and definitely will be back and will recommend this property. So to anyone looking for a villa in Jaco this is the best place to book.

Very filthy, plenty of issues with the property

Please stay away from this property, when it rained the roof was leaking and flooded the property, the gate to the property was not working so had to manually push open the door and close when ever we had to leave, there was no internet, it says a whole house but actually it is a 3 apartment unit with no connections to each unit, there was no hot water in the showers, lot of roaches in the house/////

The host was amazing and the house layout is very cool. I will most certainly stay there again. Anything you need is within walking distance but we did get a golf cart to get around in and kept it inside the gate. We can't say enough good words about this house and especially the host.

Everything was as advertised the pool was a hit
The macaw were out every day break around the house as many as 8 at one time and we seen one that was blue several times
The pool was a great place to hang out mid day and evenings with the outside grill and prep area
