This fully renovated country house is located a 5-minute drive from the slopes of Monêtier les Bains or Villeneuve, or 200m from the resort shuttle. A fabulous haven set in a 1000m2 garden, in the heart of the Serre-Chevalier resort, in Les Guibertes. Charm of yesteryear, modern comfort, and carefully crafted decoration in this sanctuary of serenity and nature. At the foot of the alpine pastures in summer, and cross-country skiing in winter, not to mention the famous Bains de Monêtier. This country house, completely renovated by skilled craftsmen, can accommodate 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, and 2 dining areas. The tasteful decor, with its contemporary and refined touches, brings a sense of calm and relaxation, and offers a functional and comfortable layout. Private parking for 2 spaces in the garden. Free parking in the hamlet and free parking at the foot of the slopes. This 170 m² house includes: - On the ground floor: a large entrance hall with storage space, a toilet, a 30 m² living room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, and a second small adjoining dining room. - On the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room (queen-size bed), 1 double bedroom (queen-size bed), 1 double bedroom (queen-size bed convertible into two single beds (80 cm), 1 large separate bathroom with shower and bathtub + laundry area (washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board), and 1 separate toilet. 1st floor landing: mountain area, ski room, and storage for summer/winter mountain equipment. 2nd floor: a second living room, 1 double bedroom (one double bed), 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 queen-size bed (convertible into two single beds (80 cm), a separate bathroom, a separate toilet, a large mezzanine reading area, and an overhead projector. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, bath mat, and hand towel. Brand new bedding and kitchen equipment Magnificent wood and gas stove, raclette and fondue set... Fiber optic internet, TV A mandatory cleaning fee of €200 must be paid in addition to the rental fee, before your arrival, at the time of booking. A payment request will be made via Airbnb. In the event of cancellation according to the cancellation policy, the cleaning fee will be refunded only 30 days prior.
