Enjoy a little piece of home away from home at this Beautiful 2 bed/2bath condo in White Sands Village, Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views.

This complex is located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou and boasts a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area along with a large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

#226 allows you to see the ocean glittering in the sunlight and hear the surf from the condo!

Everything you need for cocktails, pupus or a full home cooked meal is at your disposal in this beautifully functional and recently remodeled kitchen with Granite counters, Breakfast bar & Stainless Steel appliances.
Relax in the airy, yet cozy living room; maybe catch a movie on the HUGE smart TV while cuddled on the sizable wrap couch. If open-air lounging is more your speed and for al fresco dining; enjoy time on the large lanai with mountain and ocean views. Lanai can be accessed through the living room and master bedroom.
If you’re the “work-from-vacation” type, you’ll appreciate the desk nook with an ergonomic office chair tucked into the living room corner.
Both Bedrooms are carpeted and possess large closets.
The entire condo is tastefully furnished and decorated Island style in teak and light rattan.

Spacious Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Peek-a-boo ocean views from the bed :)
Guest room has two twin beds. Gorgeous fine art photography hung throughout the condo offer inspiration for your days adventure!

Nice stay!

This condo was very nice, clean and well equipped for all our needs. The AC worked great. It’s located across from Magic Beach which was very convenient. The pool and BBQ area was nice. Management prompt with replies to any questions.

Check in was easy. A code is provided for the door and best part you can’t loose the key. AC helped keep the condo cool on these very hot days. Everything you need in a kitchen, even a potato peeler. Lots of towels that I needed for both my hair and body. Washer and dryer helped with keeping up with laundry. Pool open till 10pm for a late night swim. The beach is within walking distance and no need to purchase any beach gear. Beach towels, chair, boards, and snorkel gear. Highly recommend. Will not disappoint!

The condo was clean, beautiful, and across the street from the beach. My reason for giving it 4 stars is that we had to ask multiple times for beach towels. I messaged prior to our trip to make sure we would have some. We were assured there would be one per person. We were missing 2 for our group of 6. We finally got them half way into our trip. Super annoying. Other than that, the condo was great! The pool was nice. The patio was nice. The condo provided chairs, beach toys, plenty of kitchen necessities and a clean place to rest.

The pool area was beautiful, and the property is only a few steps from a small beach. The air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable, the hideabed couch being a little less so, but that is to be expected. I was a little concerned to see that there was work being done on the tennis courts that the lanai overlooks, but the majority of the work seemed to take place while we were out for the day. The property was in a great location for us to explore all The Big Island has to offer. I would definitely stay here again.
