Great location and amenities. Pool and hot tub were great. We had a little snag with getting in when we first arrived but they handled it quickly for us. The AC worked well. Kitchen was well stocked and they even have coolers and beach accessories for use.

Great condo in a great location. Comfortable beds. Good assortment of things for the beach including a cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards etc.

This was a lovely unit, clean and quiet, with a nice balcony for outdoor dining. Location was amazing, close to the beach and a short drive to many island attractions. The complex is well maintained and downstairs bbq was easy and available.

Great location!

We stayed for a week. Perfect being across from Magic Sands beach. The place has chairs, a big umbrella and beach toys.

The condo was clean. The lanai was fabulous and spacious. Kitchen well-stocked. View was great! Easy to check-in and when we called with an issue it was dealt with quickly and professionally!

Hidden beach condo

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Close to the beach, pool on site. Lots of beach toys, and slept our family perfectly. Close to Kona, great snorkeling just minutes down the road.

Lovely condo, great location

We loved staying at this beautiful property. It felt like home immediately. The location is great - right across from Magic Sands beach. The kids enjoyed taking the provided boogie boards down there. Amenities including pool and tennis courts were great, and we appreciated having access to a parking spot. The views from the lanai were balm for the soul. We would love to stay here again.

First time condo renters.

This was our first time using a vacation rental. We typically stay at all inclusive resorts. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. We were thankful for beach gear as we used the snorkels often.

My In-Laws stayed at your beautiful property and had a wonderful time. Thanks for all of the extra goodies ie spices etc. My MIL cooked every day and was in heaven! Thanks again!

Amazing location and stay!! Having AC on the island is rare and a gem! We loved being able to walk across the street to the beautiful beach. The condo is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath, with easy access to the pool sauna and other property amenities. Definitely recommend and such a great stay! Only thing to note is that finding the right parking spot and the exactly unit can be tricky at first (there are 2 drive way entrances), so a map ahead of check in would be helpful. Read the notes /instructions posted inside the unit , they are helpful!

Thank you for your feedback. We were never notified of these issues. The owner was just there and they had the water heater replaced and not much we can do about the WIFI. Shotty WIFI is the price you pay for living on a little island in the middle of the pacific ocean. We will pass this along.

Spectacular!

At first we were a little concerned with the area (only to find out it’s great - just weathered a bit). Once walking inside, it was awesome! Great setup, plenty of thoughtful things left to help us, and even a small gift to welcome us. It was an 11!

Great condo and enjoyable stay

The condo is very nice and just as it looks on the listing. Very clean, well-equipped and nicely laid out. I love the kitchen and its openness and the big lanai-- gorgeous views. The pool is also nice and it was easy to use the grills. the only downside was the non-beach across the street. They are doing some construction on it and it's very small to begin with. I hope that is resolved soon.

Beautiful Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in WSV #222. Comes with everything you will need. We loved our bed. Nice view of the waves at the beach. Wonderful pool which we used daily as the high surf kept local beaches closed during most of our stay. KTA and Walmart are great places for groceries. I left a note that the chargeable vacuum would not turn on. Enjoy the gecko and birds that visited our lanai. The residents here are lovely people and enjoy meeting visitors. You will have covered parking in 222. Elevator here but you still walk up a half flight of stairs regardless. All in all this is a lovely place to stay.

booking process is a nightmare

This is a fantastic condo. But I would not stay here again because the booking process with Grand Welcome is a nightmare. They force you to use a service called "superhog" which did not work. They force you to send in copies of your ID. Then never got back to me. It took me 11 emails and several phone calls for superhog and Grand Welcome to finally accept me as a guest. Outrageous.

Fantastic!

We had an awesome time! The condo is large and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is ideal, across the street from the beach and right at the trolley stop. We can't wait to come back!
