Welcome to Le Mazet, a charming detached Provençal house completely renovated, air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi fibre, located in a quiet and green environment just 100 metres from the beach of Pramousquier, accessible in 2 minutes on foot by a secure private road, with no road to cross.<br><br>Between sea view, private garden, bamboo and Mediterranean sweetness, Le Mazet offers an intimate atmosphere ideal for a relaxing holiday on the French Riviera.<br><br>Spread over two levels, this T3 can accommodate up to 5 people.<br><br>On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a new double bed (160x200), a bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail and toilet, as well as a beautiful bright living room with high ceilings, comfortable sofa and convivial dining area.<br><br>The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.<br><br>Upstairs, a bedroom under the roof with a roof window accommodates up to three people thanks to its three single beds (90x190). A baby cot can be made available on request.<br><br>Outside, enjoy a pleasant private space on the ground floor with a furnished terrace, shaded dining area, deckchairs and a garden lined with bamboo.<br><br>A washing machine is available free of charge in a common area.<br><br>The immediate proximity of the beach, the calm of the place and the authentic charm of this small independent house make it an ideal starting point to discover Pramousquier, Le Lavandou and the most beautiful landscapes of the French Riviera.<br><br>Bed linen not provided.
