Very good property and very helpful agent; on check in there were no sheets or towels available despite email from owner confirming they were to be supplied; agent contacted owner and was very helpful in supplying them; it is very difficult to take sheets and towels on a plane because of weight and space restrictions; however property was very good, well equipped and well located.

Appartement très agréable

Je recommande cet appartement. Il est confortable, calme, très bien équipé et propre, proche des plages, des commerces et restaurants, de la promenade qui longe la mer. Parking privé pratique. Accueil sympathique. Mon époux et moi avons bien aimé Le Lavandou, petite station balnéaire très agréable à cette saison, proche des îles de Port-Cros, de Porquerolles, de Bormes-les-Mimosas... la mer est limpide et encore à 21 degrés en octobre. Nous avons passé deux bonnes semaines.

Très bien situé

Location confortable et bien située. Bémol pour le canapé dont l'assise ne tient pas. Soucis d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour liés au mauvais fonctionnement du dijoncteur (ballon d'eau chaude qu'il fallait réarmer chaque jour). Malgré ce problème, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation, toutefois en ce qui concerne le cumulus, il s'agit d'un système jour/nuit. C'est à dire qu'il ne charge que la nuit. Il n'y a donc pas à s en occuper. Quant au canapé qui est un convertible, les assises possèdent des attaches qui permettent d'éviter leur glissement vers l'avant. Probablement celles-ci n'ont pas été attachées après l'utilisation en canapé-lit. Nous espérons vous recevoir de nouveau et en attendant nous vous souhaitons une excellente fin d'année. Très bel appartement bien situé, spacieux, bien équipé, propriétaires réactifs et sympathiques, jolie attention à l'arrivée très appréciée. Belle terrasse, climatisation et ventilateurs, belle vue dégagée, parking super bien, boulangerie et rotissoire-pizza juste en bas... Pensez à bien demander les modalités d'arrivée (15h l'arrivée) et 10h au lieu de 11h au départ si on prend le forfait ménage, et bien faire l'état des lieux, arrivée, départ avec la conciergerie. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, dans un joli cadre.

Appartement très bien agencé et surtout très bien équipé. A 7 minutes à pied de la grande plage du Lavandou et de tous les commerces du port. Boulangerie et pharmacie au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble. Très bon séjour avec nos 3 enfants (dont un bébé).

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et bénéficié des bonnes adresses fournies par le propriétaire. L'appartement très bien situé et très confortable. Bref un séjour agréable à renouveler. Pas besoin de voiture si ce n'est pour des visites extérieures. Plage,commerces et restaurent sont à proximité.

Agréable séjour au Lavandou. L’appartement est bien situé, tout se fait à pieds : supermarché à 50m, boulangerie au pied, plages et restos à 100m. Il est bien équipé. Tout s’est bien passé.

Schöne Wohnung in idealer Lage

Die Wohnung ist schön renoviert und liegt nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Kleinere Geschäfte und ein Bäcker sind direkt vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und verfügt auch über eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Vom Hausverwalter hatten wir eine sehr nette Einführung in die Wohnung und den Ort erhalten. Danke dafür.
