On the west side, 2 double bedrooms (140x200cm and 160x200cm), one of which has a terrace opening onto a small garden (games area) + separate WC. Italian shower room with double washbasin and WC. Upstairs, a large corridor with wardrobe, double bedroom with storage, double bedroom (200x200cm) with storage overlooking the pool and double bedroom (160x200cm), storage and terrace. Bathroom and shower, with double washbasin and separate WC. Laundry and gym of 50m². The ocean and its shops are accessible by car or by bike (cycle paths) at 3km, the golf course, the lake and at 4km, the surf schools and the shops.
