Alexandre was very welcoming and helpful with our booking. Julia was also a great property manager. Both helped with any queries about the Villa and Lacanau Océan in advance of our stay with Julia being flexible with our arrival and departure times. Despite my best efforts with French both speak better English than I :)
The Villa was fantastic having recently been renovated inside and out. The property was well looked after, clean and as described in the listing. The pool was great for our daughters who were swimming everyday (and was cleaned twice during our week long stay). The Babyfoot and table tennis table were well used, with smart TV and internet access to streaming facilities when required to keep the kids entertained. Air conditioning is present in all living areas with electronic shutters helping to keep indoors cool during the summer. The Villa is ideal for both small and larger groups with a flexible layout and modern facilities.
Off street parking and an enclosed garden meant both the rental car and kids were safe, with the pool cover providing peace of mind to let them play outside without direct supervision.
The town centre is within easy walking distance, even with young kids, with excellent local bakeries and patisseries.
As for the beaches, they are amazing with lots of options regardless of the age of kids. Equally there are lots of other things to do nearby.
