While the rest of the Village of Loon complex was developed in the 70's this house was built in 2009. The condo features modern amenities, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, stone fireplace etc. Ideal for large groups or multiple families. The townhouse includes an attached in-law apartment with an additional kitchen and living room and a separate entrance from the street.

A: There is no hot tub in the house, but you have free access to hot tubs in the Village of Loon health club.

A: Yes, a 4-burner gas grill on the deck. Check house manual for safety instructions.

A: Yes, but we turn it off for the summer season for safety and indoor climate reasons. It generates a lot of heat.

A: No. Pets are not allowed since we have allergies in the family.

A: No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.

Fantastic vacation spot

House was wonderfully clean, accessible. It fit my extended family well. I loved the furniture for kids- including the pack n plays and the high chair. It was really convenient for our 8 month old. We loved our stay and will be back!

Perfect for a Family Gathering

This home is just lovely and Carl was very easy to communicate with. There were many things that showed careful thought and made staying there a joy. Everything in the kitchen is clearly labeled, the beds are super comfy, and the giant grill makes dinner for a crowd a breeze. Add that to being minutes from Lincoln and some amazing hiking and this we’ll definitely be returning.

The perfect vacation spot!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own personal space while the common areas could fit us all. We found it to be clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Everything was true to the listing. Walking distance to the pools was a huge plus, also very close to the overflow lot. There is so much to do in Lincoln and other spots nearby - this was the perfect "home-base" for us to start and end our days. Thank you for hosting us, and we are hoping to come back next year!

Relaxing "off season" stay

We purosfully chose the off season for less crowds. This was a great opportunity for all of us to relax with good food prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, play family board games at the large dinning table, watch sports and take short adventures in the area. This place is super close to Lincoln Woods with its suspension bridge and waterfall.The bedrooms were all good size. Everything maintained and clean. Of course there are a few spots where the wear and tear of renting shows but it didnt hinder anything.Resort amenities like the pool and hot tub were awesome. Our host were very responsive. We would recommend to friends and colleagues looking to visit the area.

Great family stay

The location as well as the property is perfect for a family vacation. Owner is very attentive and response to any concerns before and during our stay. This was our 5th family vacation at Loon and would not hesitate to do another rental with Carl.

Awesome Property

We rented this condo with 2 other families. It was the perfect space for a large group. It was big enough that we each had our own space as well. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything you need to cook and grill. The kids were excited about all the games that were available too.

Awesome propert

Our family had an amazing time here. It’s right across the street from Loon mountain and close to restaurants and shopping. House was very clean. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we were even able to check in a little early and check out late. I would definitely recommend this property. Kids had a blast playing ping pong in the basement.
