Decorated as my personal guest house (not a standard rental) this home is not only kept meticulously clean, but the furnishings are tasteful and well-appointed.
Awesome "great room" connected to a gourmet kitchen (convection oven, granite counters, etc), connected to a dining area that expands to seat 10, with a sliding glass door that leads to a patio (with outdoor dining) that looks out on Coffee Pot Rock and Thunder Mountain.
Both bedrooms (brand new mattresses, beautiful bedding, have sliding glass doors that lead to a private, landscaped back-yard lounging area (and second outdoor dining area) with views (across an open field of amazing diversity), of the entire Brins Mesa wall, the "Sail", the "Sphinx", and the Schnebly rock formation. Second bedroom has its own smart TV in addition to the APPLE TV in the "great room".
The living room area has a beautiful down, ridiculously comfortable, upscale sofa facing a 50" TV, equipped with a sound bar and apple TV with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple music (or bring use your own subscriptions on your laptop). Your iPhone can be blue tooth connected to the sound bar. ( NOTE: plenty of 'TV subscriptions" ) WE also have DIRECT TV.NOTE: there is a 3 day minimum to book this place... However, if you are looking to book in between other bookings.... feel free to email me about one or two night stays.
This property is bordered by a natural open field: you feel as though you are in a private oasis. My house is on the same property. From 2 of your patios you do not see my house. From the third it is 20 feet away (beyond a lush hedge of landscaping.) You will never see anyone coming or going as we have a separate driveway.
NOTE: there is a 3 day minimum to book this place...
Guest house is separate from the main house , which the main homealso has a a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath short term rental available if your traveling with another family and need more space. This rental sleeps 4 to 5 people. The casita is private and has3 patio lounging areas (all with great views) exclusive to your use.
Your house contains your own laundry. Soldiers Pass is an amazing location, nested among million dollar homes and expansive views.... Because it is just feet from so many trailheads, and a bit over a mile to shopping, you are both away from it all and close to everything.

We are located in one of Sedona's exclusive neighborhoods with direct walking access to some of the most beautiful red rock country hiking trails. We are 1.5 miles from the whole foods shopping center, fine dining and quick take out.
NEARBY SWIMMING POOL (seasonal May-Nov. per). Soldiers Pass Rd is home to the Sedona Public Pool... Less than a mile away, you can hike or bike there. With 360 degree STUNNING red rock views in all directions, and just $3/day, it is a magical place to cool off in the heat of the day. I even go there just for the sunset view. Ask me details about my favorite sunset spot... a picnic table look-out just 20 feet along a trail near the pool.
