About this property
Marina 1st floor
The marina is located in the condominium of the presqu ile d ulysse, in front of the harbour master's office and the exit of the port; 7 min walk from the south beach and the shops.
It is a duplex located on the second floor, facing south with direct access to its pier.
It has a large sunny terrace, ideal for sunbathing and meals.
The American kitchen (microwave oven, traditional, dishwasher and washing machine, freezer ...) opens onto the living room (leather sofa, flat screen, Moroccan carpets ...). Very nice view on the port and the sea.
On the first floor, there is a bathroom and separate toilet, as well as two bedrooms that share a large balcony: a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and a children's bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed.
The marina is about 70 square meters and has an individual covered and secured parking.
The rental does not include linen, nor the mooring.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung
Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Sehr schöne Wohnung, allerdings sind einige Lichtschalter defekt und an den meisten der wenigen Steckdosen hat das Laden der Telefone nicht funktioniert oder erst nach vielem hin und herbewegen der Netzteile in den Steckdosen (ziemlich nervig und anstrengend). Die Lage entspricht nicht der Angabe auf der Homepage. Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt an der Straße am Strand, sondern etwas zurückgesetzt. Dafür aber sehr ruhig! Die Kommunikation mit der verantwortlichen Frau ging per Mail in englischer Sprache und lief relativ problemlos. Rückrufe für Fragen waren leider nur über kostenpflichtige marokkanische Nummer möglich. Die Übergabe war leider nur in französischer Sprache und entsprechend schwierig für uns.
Am Abend vor der Abreise wurde uns per Mail noch mitgeteilt, dass wir die Wohnung reinigen müssen. Wir waren der Meinung, dass es inkl. Reinigung ist, aber konnten auf die Schnelle nichts finden und haben deswegen die Wohnung gereinigt (darauf hätten wir gerne verzichtet). Unterm Strich eine sehr schöne saubere Wohnung mit toller Lage.

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Jachthafen und es gibt immer etwas zu beobachten.
Freundlicher Empfang.
Alles da, was man braucht, aber die Ausstattung ist eher alt und es war nicht alles ganz so sauber (Pfannen, Boden). Wir haben aber dann gemerkt, dass es nach einem Tag am Strand auch von uns ganz viel Sand in der Wohnung hat.

Appartement avec vue magnifique sur la Marina, proche toutes commodités , et des plages. Le tout à 5 minutes à pieds comme stipulé dans l’annonce.
La propriétaire est très arrangeante sur les horaires.
Manquerait juste la Clim pour mieux dormir.

Un séjour très agréable
Nous avons été ravi de séjourner dans cette Marina. Accueil du propriétaire très agréable et arrangeant. Seul tout petit bémol avec une chambre dont la fenêtre n'est plus très "filtrante" en terme de bruit extérieur et des escaliers nombreux pour lesquels il n'y avait pas de barrière pour la sécurité des enfants... notre fille de 2ans a appris à gérer cette zone un peu délicate mais si elle avait été plus petite, cela aurait été compliqué. Prévoir donc de quoi sécuriser si vous avez des petits bouts de chou!
