Appartement très agréable avec une belle terrasse et un auvent électrique pour se mettre à l’ombre quand on le désire. Très propre et juste en face de la piscine. Très bon rapport qualité prix et proche du centre et d’un grand super marché.

Le logement était conforme à l’annonce. Résidence calme, proche des commerces et bien situé géographiquement car permettait de rayonner autour. Excellent Échange avec le propriétaire qui est très prévenant et a l écoute. Je recommande vivement ce logement, il a répondu totalement à nos attentes.

Magnifique séjour

Vacances de rêves en Corse. En ce mois d'Avril, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Temps ensoleillé, température agréable, nous avons même pu nous baigner! La Corse restera un souvenir inoubliable grâce à ces randonnées , ces criques...Philippe est un hôte très agréable, soucieux du confort de ses locataires. L'appartement est très bien situé, très propre et très fonctionnel.

Grande déconnexion totale

Superbe expérience, propriétaire très agréable, à l'écoute et très attentionné avec ses locataires. La résidence est très bien localisée et très agréable. Nous recommandons à 100%. D'ailleurs nous y retournerons sûrement l'année prochaine.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable (surtout hors saison). Clim très appréciée surtout en temps de canicule. L'appartement est vraiment très fonctionnel pour 2 à 4 personnes c'est vraiment spacieux. Très propre et facile d'entretien. Piscine à proximité très appréciée. L'accueil est très bon. Valeur sure à recommander, on ne peut pas être déçu.

Très belle résidence au calme

Bel appartement spacieux en Rez de jardin avec accès direct à la piscine (sécurisée), idéal avec des enfants, belle vue sur les montagnes, très bien équipé (même une glacière à disposition) et un accueil très agréable. A 5 minutes à pied, supermarché Leclerc, dépôt de pain et pizzeria. A 5-10 minutes en voiture du centre de St Florent et de la plage de la Roya (eau transparente et prude profondeur, super avec enfants en bas âge). Rapidement accessible de l’aéroport de Bastia et bien placée pour rayonner dans le Nord de la Corse. Bref un séjour parfait, merci pour tout.

Tout était parfait...sauf l'état de propreté du BBQ, ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour. Endroit très calme, propreté, situation,commerces, restaurant (a ne pas rater Le Montana), commerces, proximité des lieux à visiter, ...Appartement spacieux et très bien agencé.

location impeccable et idéalement situé

famille de 4 personnes nous avons passé un agréable séjour, ce T3 est spacieux, et très propre. Cécile qui nous a accueilli, a été parfaite. Une mention spéciale pour la personne qui s'occupe de l'entretien du lotissement, tout est parfait (piscine et parties communes irréprochables) Je recommande vivement cette location qui de plus est idéalement située pour visiter la haute corse merci pour tout famille de Montpellier
