Just a minute's walk from the village centre, the cottage is well placed for local amenities and activities within the area such as those at Bolton Abbey, the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Grassington itself.

Bolton Abbey with its Abbey ruins, the Priory and the famous "Strid Walk" is close by and offers a number of interesting sights as does the elegant town of Ilkley, situated in the shadow of the famous Ilkley Moor.
