Ty Nant is a wonderful Wales holiday cottage that has been lovingly renovated and refurbished to provide well-equipped, high quality traditional accommodation that also offers all modern fixtures and fittings.

This stone built detached farmhouse is situated on a 150 acre working hill farm with stunning views of the Conwy Valley, 3.5 miles from Betws-Y-Coed. The accommodation includes three bedrooms, one of which has a four-poster bed; fitted kitchen with a dining area, and sitting room with an open fire in an inglenook fireplace. Ty Nant is a farm cottage base with great facilities and comfortable accommodation that is in just the right place for exploring Conwy and Caernarfon castles; the Welsh Mountain Zoo; Victorian Llandudno, and Snowdonia.Please note - keep pets downstairs

Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire in sitting room. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, additional combi TV/DVD. WiFi. Pool table in outside building. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers inc. in rent. Cot, highchair, stairgate and folding bed provided. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage available. Enclosed rear patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and bike hire 3.5 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: This is a working livestock farm with sheep and cows; please keep dogs on lead. Note: The owner can provide a cool box, ice-packs and flask to use for picnics. Please note - keep pets downstairs.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The outdoors lovers' haven of Betws-Y-Coed is surrounded by dense woodland and impressive mountains, and is known as the Gateway to Snowdonia. The River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west at Betws-Y-Coed, and North Wales' most popular inland resort offers cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. The most magnificent of the waterfalls is Swallow Falls, found where the waters of the Llugwy River fling themselves into a dramatic chasm. The village is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, and also marks the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the towns of Llandudno and Conwy. Betws-Y-Coed has a good choice of shops, pubs, eateries, a riverside golf course and the enjoyable Woodland High Rope Activity Centre.
