Shops in Erdeven 3 km away, marina and fishing port of Étel 6 km away. Ideal for enjoying the beaches and discovering the Southern Morbihan coastline. Direct access to a path leading to Kerhilio beach at the end of the garden.

Globalement satisfaisant

Location satisfaisante avec quelques défauts quand même. Points positifs : emplacement près de la mer, lits agréables, propreté générale (sauf meubles de jardin), calme, tous les équipements utiles sont là. Points négatifs : pas d'accès internet (on capte un tout petit peu au 1er étage), eau chaude un peu limitée en quantité (petit ballon) si vous êtes nombreux, espaces de rangement limités.

Très bien située la maison est propre. Bonne literie. Le four ne fonctionnait pas en début de séjour. Je regrette que rien n’ait été fait pour le réparer ou remplacer. L’agence Square habitat, très réactive, répond à nos mails en retour. Pas d’état des lieux ni à l’arrivée, ni au départ, pas d’accueil dans le logement, les vacanciers doivent trouver eux-mêmes le logement, cela surprend. Salon de Jardin très sympa mais table impossible à déplacer (plateau non fixé). Support parasol fixé dans le sol sur le passage est dangereux. Dommage que des armoires soient utilisées pour disposer l’aspirateur etc...
