Superb location. Not far from main underground parking. Lake is so close. I love the moderness of the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people. Very cozy very clean very comfortable. I come to this town two to three times a year and I'll check here about renting again.

We arrived in Annecymid-day wandered the city for a few hours as check in was not until 4 pm. The BnB was tucked away in the old part of Annecy, somewhat difficult to find at the start but luckily another tennant was accessing his apt and he walked us through the area and to our BnB. It was terribly hot inside and the only fan did not have a controller so the speed could not be adjusted. It was a small Dyson fan (we have the sae one at home) so I know it should have a remote control and both the speed and temp should be adjustable. I immediately wrote to the management company but did not receive a response in the two days that we had rented the studio. It is very small, windows on only one wall opening into a very small courtroom which houses the garbage cans and little else. The stairs are narrow and steep, the room is divided with a partial wall to delineate the sleeping and washroom/toilet from the sitting area. The bed completely fills this area, so if you want to use the toilet at night, you must go around into the sitting area and access the toilet back in the bedroom area as you cannot walk past the bed. The studio is fine for one person but very tight for two. The cost per night was more than the full service hotel we had stayed in the night before.

Un bon séjour à Annecy

Nous avons grandement apprécié la localisation du studio, nous permettant de découvrir Annecy et les environs facilement. Le logement était joliment décoré et chaleureux, toutefois celui-ci manquait de propreté ce que nous avons trouvé vraiment dommage.

Un très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, très bien situé, au cœur d’Annecy. Léger petit soucis à l’arrivée, mais quelqu’un de l’équipe est venue nous aider en 5min. L’appartement est au top! Cosy et très confortable. Idéal pour un séjour de 3 nuits. A profiter pleinement !
