Très bien dans l’ensemble. Appartement clair et calme. La chambre qui donne sur l’escalier mériterait un store occultant. Situation parfaite entre la mer et le centre ville
Le garage un peu étroit quand on a une voiture large et surtout compliqué d’en sortir notamment quand une voiture se gare juste en face de l’autre garage + les voitures garées de chaque côté !
