The Blue Marsh.
An island of nature in the heart of the Breton marshes of the Vendée, between land and sea, come and spend an exceptional stay in our large family home.
As if set in the middle of the marshes, the vast wooded grounds, the heated swimming pool (10mx4m and open from May 1st to September 30th)) and the 2 houses, will offer you peace and tranquility, in great comfort.
Close to the wild beaches and the forest, 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike through the marsh roads but also to Noirmoutier (passage du Gois) and shops.
The accommodation
In the middle of fields and marshes, surrounded by water and greenery, lulled by the rustling of the trees and the song of the birds, come and enjoy a unique, comfortable place for an exceptional stay.
2 houses, 5/6 bedrooms will accommodate up to 12 people.

In the large house, you will find a large kitchen, with a beautiful SMEG cooking range, large worktops, a solid wood table, a large capacity fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, seafood kit, and all the adequate equipment to prepare your meals.
An entrance with laundry area: washing machine, dryer, cloakroom and storage.
1 large master suite with storage, a double bed and its bathroom and toilet.
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and their private shower room. In each of these 2 bedrooms, single beds can be combined into a double bed on request.
In the large living room, a lounge area, stove and flat screen, as well as a dining area with a large solid wood table for 12 people.
In the small house, adjoining the main house, you will find a veranda, which can be converted into a bedroom (2 single beds), 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) with private shower room and toilet. 2 independent entrances.
Sheets, towels, pool towels, as well as soap and shower shampoo are provided.

In the garden, a heated swimming pool 10mX4m (from 01/05 to 30/09), the terraces and a beautiful barbecue will allow you to take full advantage of the large, quiet and wooded exterior.

Teleworking possible and already done for 2 computers. Beyond that, being far from the terminal, the internet connection can be unstable.

In all rooms with 2 single beds, they can be combined in advance into a double bed.

Bicycles can be rented from a professional for the duration of the stay.

Getting around
In the middle of the roads of the Vendée by bike, the marsh paths allow you to reach the town centre of St Urbain (very good bakery, pastry shop, supermarket) by bike in 15 minutes or 5 minutes by car, the town of Beauvoir sur Mer with its shops, its weekly market and delicious local products. The forest, the wild beaches are accessible by roads through the marshes in 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike.
The port of Bec and the passage of the Gois are about 10 minutes away by car.

During your stay
Nancy, who will welcome you on your arrival and will be present on your departure, remains available for any questions about the region, activities, visits. She can also, if you wish, pick up your groceries and fill the fridge before your arrival (price on request)
Oenology or cooking classes can also be offered (price on request) through it and by reservation subject to availability.
For any stay of at least 15 days, an intermediate mid-stay cleaning is offered.
