The laundry room is clean and the machines work well. The only quibble is that you must use the app to use them. But that is the way of things to keep machines from being broken into. The location is outstanding with a great little coffee kiosk just steps away.
Floors were dirty and dusty and bed sheets had stains as well as the shower curtain. Everything smelled clean and washed, but the stains were just off-putting. A.C was amazing to have in the room and living room. Wifi was fast, and the kitchenette was really awesome to have for quick meals. Location is amazing. Only a few minutes from balboa park, belmont park and downtown SD

Cleanliness was not up to par. Shower curtain was disgusting. While the air conditioner was running there was a foul urine stench. The photos are way nicer than the place actually is.
Just needed some peace, worked out well. Wish there was an oven

This place is perfectly near Old Town, the airport, and downtown. There is a small convenient store a block away and restaurants within a few blocks. The place is well kept and very well lit at night. I would definitely stay here again.
Liked the location, easy check in, fairly clean but up close there were things that weren’t clean. For example, the sponge in the kitchen drawer had a strong “wet rag” smell, there was dried food on the cabinet door by the stove, drink stains going down the wall by the table, there was a strong smell that we- including my kids- could not describe from the bedroom (we bought air fresheners for that reason) and just little things that seemed they tried to “surface clean” not deep clean. Hopefully it’s taken into consideration for next time because it really is a nice place.
great little spot close by oldtown walking distance

Ok
We like the location, but the noise was very bad and the place could use some updating and cleaning We asked for new sheets and they gave them to us. The host was great
My daughter and I had a beautiful weekend in San Diego, we visited Balboa Park, the zoo, and Sea World! This was the perfect spot to stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had, it was clean, and close to lots of fun places to visit. The restaurants and sights in Old Towne are within walking distance so that was a plus! Definitely recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Worked well for our needs for Marine Bootcamp Graduation Very close to MCRD and Old Town. Property manager was very communicative. There is street parking but spend a little extra on your own parking spot.
Some suggestions: mirror over dresser; or full length mirror in bedroom, pole lamp next to sofa, toilet seat with lid. Ie drop wash cloth in toilet.

The location was convenient to walk to Old Town, there was a small coffee trailer about 500ft away from the apart-hotel. The place was very clean with all the necessities for sleeping and taking showers. There was an issue with the parking that we paid for in reserved spot #1 but we were fortunate to have a handicap card and we were able to use that spot the time we were there. We did not need to cook but we were a bit hesitant about the warning regarding the fire alarm.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay near Old Town.
This location so close to the airport with very fast access to highway 5 both north and south which was excellent for the 500 miles I drove in 7 days. The unit itself is relatively spartan but useful and very clean. The only real issue was the sound from said highway just two blocks away, if the window is open. The unit was on 3rd floor with no elevator but fortunately, I don't have a problem with stairs. The laundry was very cost effective and available when I needed it. I paid extra for a reserved parking space which was helpful.. as a senior single woman I didn't want to be walking distances to try and find parking on the street. Mark was extremely prompt in answering any questions that I had. Not a luxury beach vacation place, but very useful for my need.
The property was excellent. A great location-center of everything. I- we - however was not impressed at all with the comfort level. Said the property accommodated. 4 not true. We had to buy 3 air mattresses. Beds are horrible. No box spring. Felt like sleeping on the floor. The love seat that made into a bed only had 1 pillow. 3 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths for 3 people for 5 days. The table only sat 3 people. Utensils and table wear literally accommodated for four people meaning there was only 4 cups, four plates, four spoons etc. I felt it was very bare and minimum one TV one couch. (Love seat) we ended up buying an additional TV, for the bedroom, three air mattresses and two folding chairs. Just to better accommodate for 3 people. I’m not trying to be negative. The place was clean, literally close to everything you could think of. The conversations with property owners was great. But the comfort, and accommodations… very minimal. Also, the last nights- who ever was our neighbor beside us rude. Noisy and loud. Kept my mother n law up with arguments. I heard a lot of banging and movement.
If you are looking for a super-clean place to stay that is reasonable (esp. for San Diego), and walking distance to transportation and Old Town, Mark's place is it. Mark is a wonderful communicator and everything is as advertised. I needed to change my reservation, and he was great about that. Everything was spic and span. The bed is very comfortable with soft linens. Apartment has most of the basics you need as far as kitchen equipment and supplies. My husband and I felt perfectly safe too! You can walk to the main area of Old Town in10 - 15 minutes, terrific restaurants and shops galore. A great gelato place is the other direction about 1/2 mile. And excellent coffee can be had at California Bean which is practically in their parking lot! Home and Away, next door, has delicious pub food and uber-friendly, helpful staff. I gave 4 stars because the parking is a little tricky. The first night it was pouring and I had to park about a block away. There weren't any extra blankets for the sofa so I used an extra bedspread while watching TV. It is on the third floor as previously mentioned so you need to be comfortable using a couple of flights of steep stairs. The shower is a little tricky. My husband had to pull it up really hard so all the water would come out 100% from the shower head, vs. half shower head and half faucet below. It was extremely noisy until you got that knob all the way up.
The property was nice and clean. Street parking was easy, definitely closer than you could park if you were staying in a hotel and parking in a hotel parking lot. Location is very convenient for beaches, restaurants, entertainment. The only thing that bothered us was that the air conditioner units were very smelly, kind of like they can sometimes get in a car.
