Idéalement situé, face au parc municipzal et 'office de tourisme, à 200m des Thermes, très belles prestations pour ce splendide T3 de 55m² situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur.
Il se compose d'une belle pièce à vivre combinant séjour et cuisine US équipée / salle à manger, le tout exposé Est et ouvrant sur une grande terrasse bénéficiant d'une agréable vue sur le Puy Gros. Cette pièce dispose d'un canapé convertible en lit 2 personnes.
Mais encore, 2 chambres : une première avec lit 2 personnes en 160 et un grand rangement, la seconde avec 2 lits 1 personne en 90 et un écran TV.
Enfin, une salle d'eau (douche) et un wc indépendant.
Accès wifi illimité.
En annexe, l'appartement dispose d'un garage privatif au rez de chaussée.
Location pour 6 personnes
Animaux non acceptés sauf 1 petit chien en période de cure.
Forfait ménage : 90 € en supplément
Arrivées du lundi au samedi (hors jours fériés) de 15h à 17h30, vous rendre directement à l'agence.
