We were so happy to have found this apartment. Joachim gave us a very comprehensive check in giving us all the information we could need. There were folders that that were well thought out and had plenty of information including maps and places of interest. The apartment itself was spacious and extremely well equipped. Toiletries were provided which was helpful. The location was very central with easy access to trams and a short walk to the beach. Marisa was easily contactable and responded quickly to any queries we had prior to our arrival and afterwards. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Marisa.

This is a spacious property on a quiet street in an extremely good location for the tram and bus system. Well maintained clean apartment. We enjoyed the bright spaces and well appointed kitchen and modern bathrooms. The building and elevator were always bright and clean. We liked the proximity to the TRAM and the train station. The central market is 2 blocks away.The owners were great to deal with, they met us upon arrival and went through everything and left a list of recommendations. They arranged for the taxi to pick us up upon departure. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Alicante
