Fully equipped for a maximum of 10 people air-conditioned in each room located in Gran Alacant (Santa Pola) with garden magnificent private swimming pool 9M by 5M with outdoor shower large terraces deckchairs charcoal barbecue, summer kitchen with bar, fridge high stools for an aperitif.
All comfort with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, satellite cable channels, English, German, Spanish
wi-fi internet.
The place is quiet located near the beaches 50m from the supermarket bars restaurants, 5 km from the golf course.
A tourist train crosses the urbanization Monte y Mar to go to the beach.
At 600 meters there is a large shopping center with many bars restaurants large supermarket on the other side of the street Aldi.
There are also activities for children.
The car is not essential.

You need to add €235 for the final cleaning upon your departure. Bed sheets and towels are included in the cleaning price for 10 people.

Lovely house and gardens, the pool was excellent. The house worked for us in having the two bedrooms upstairs with it's own front door. Well equipped kitchen and lounge, outside seating and tables good. We were able to park 2 cars on the driveway which was good.

Lovely villa, and great communication from the host. The pool was a little chilly in April for some, but we soon got used to it. Location was handy for shops, and a lovely beach a short 5 min drive away.

Great stay at this lovely Villa. Good location but need to walk to commercial centre for public transport although that would not put me/my family returning. I will definitely stay here in the future if I return to Gran Alacant.

We are just back from a lovely week at this property, 6 adults and 4 kids, we had ample room, kitchen really well supplied to cater for large numbers, loads of places to eat indoors and out. Lovely local restaurant towards Santa Pola called Zanes, highly reccommend for real Spanish cuisine.. Lovely house, great holiday!

Lovely villa, photos don't really do the villa justice, especially the pool area. Absolutely spotless, inside and out. If visiting with children be aware that there are no gates or barriers to the pool area, but this didn't apply to us so not an issue. Would definitely return.

Relax with large pool

Great villa and very well equipped, close to a few bars and restaurants with enough variety in walking distance for a week. Aldi just across the road to stock up on provisions. The outdoor bar was great, we were not overlooked, the only think lacking was more comfortable outdoor seating to relax. I would highly recommend this property

This is a really great house! Fantastic personel, who even with language barriers, makes sure that we understood and were ready to stay in the house. Beautiful family holiday villa

I went here with my husband, 2 children, son in law & 2 young grandchildren. Our stay was wonderful. Everything you need is in the Villa. It’s spotless clean. The location was great, local bars & lots of public transport for days out. Aldi across the road is great. We would really love to visit again. Thank you :)

Great villa

Brilliant villa with great amenities nearby if you don't want to do any driving. The pool is big enough for the kids and adults to enjoy. The only downside is the WiFi isn't the best but I can't fault anything else.

Gran Alacant stay

The villa was even better than expected,loads of room,inside and out,supermarket close by and restaurants and shops a short walk away,we all (there was 10 of us) really enjoyed our stay,the one small -but significant fly in the ointment was that we were unable to use the pool for the last 2 days due to the fact that it became green with some kind of algea .The pool people came as we were leaving so i am sure it was cleared but alas two late for us!

Amazing Villa.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay. What an amazing time we have had mainly due to the quality of the villa. Geoffrey has been amazing from the start and was on the end of an email when needed. Lina and Sergio were helpful with both check in and out. The villa is spacious, private and well equipped . The pool was a massive hit with the whole family. It was so good we are already looking to book for next year.
