Wonderful property, very peaceful

Sevrier is well located for a holiday in Annecy and the alps. This property is in an exceptionally quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and was a very relaxing place to be after a fun day of touring Christophe is a superb host and made sure we were able to check in and out easily The apartment was very clean and comfortably appointed. Definitely would stay again!

A relaxing break with Great Lake views

The host Christophe deserves a special mention, he was great, extremely friendly and helpful! The accommodation is homely, great location and outdoor space. Views of the lake from the lawn with lots of outdoor seating and dining. A very enjoyable holiday.

Fantastic week in Sevrier

We had a full weeks stay in the appartment of Christoph. The welcome was very good and the appartment was nice and cool. The view is absolutely amazing.All amenities in the appartment are present and we had a good stay.One tip if you rent the apoartment, rent e bikes because the neighborhood is very hilly.

great view

There was a lot of hummidity in the house and we didn't got the chance to communicate with the owner. That was a pity. The view on the lake was beautiful.

Slightly misleading but overall good

This is a ground floor apartment, not the house as listed and although there are two bathrooms, there is only one toilet which wasn't ideal for 4 adults. The views across the lake are beautiful but the terrace loses the sun from early afternoon. Christophe is perfectly charming and good at communicating and answering questions. We enjoyed our stay but think the information needs updating.

Not as we expected!

It’s converted accommodation underneath the main house which is not obvious from the advertisement.The accommodation seems unfinished and quite shabby in places. The toilet is not a very nice. We had to pay extra for sheets and towels. We stayed in 4 places during our holiday in the south of France and this was the most expensive and easily the worst we stayed in.

Bonjour Je suis assez etonné de vos remarques sur l’appartement Celui-ci répond généralement aux attentes des locataires Et en ce qui concerne le prix nous sommes en dessous du prix d’une chambre d’hotel basique pour un appartement de 6 personnes Pour les draps et serviettes le prix est de 10€ par personne ce qui est loin d’être excessif Je tiens quand même à vous signaler que votre chien a laissé une multitude de poils dans l’appartement et les draps et que vous nos amis à 4 pattes ne paient pas le moindre € Encore désolé et bonne journée Christophe

Quelle belle expérience !Tout le rez de chaussée d un magnifique chalet décoré avec goût et élégance. Une très belle surprise de location. Un hôte très agréable et en écoute totale pour nous faire plaisir. Propreté complète. De belles balades qui sont proches du lac, la vue est bien présente et apaisante , le lac d Annecy est grandiose.Pour les randonnées je conseille de se rendre. Dans les environs d Annecy sur le site de l office du tourisme, très pratique !Un endroit locatif qu il ne faut pas laisser passer et pour se reposer un calme olympien

Gezellig huisje. Beetje muf bij binnenkomst vooral de slaapkamer met bed op de verhoging. Er lagen nog items van de vorige gasten maar er was verder wel goed schoongemaakt. Vochtigheid was wel een ding, duurde heel lang voor de was droog was. In de zon zitten in de tuin is geen optie, misschien een streepje in de ochtend alleen. Er waren muizen te horen buiten de laatste nacht; Boven en naast de slaapkamer. Je zit wel in een stukje natuur dus. Beddengoed en handdoeken hebben we na een week nieuw gevraagd en Christophe was zo attent om dat te geven, was niet standaard. Ook schoonmaken moet je zelf doen. Pas op met de koffie! Die gaat niet uit uit zichzelf. Auto of fiets een must. Al met al een 7 als we er een cijfer aan hangen.

Der Vermieter ist super nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind sehr schön. Es ist ruhig und der Garten und die Terrasse schön und schattig.- Teile der Wohnung sind doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Bad.

Eine herrliche Woche am See - Hitze war auf der schattigen Terrasse gut auszuhalten. Schöner Badeplatz mit dem Fahrrad oder in 3min mit dem Auto erreichbar, jeden Tag Baguette aus einer anderen Boulangerie getestet, Supermarkt und Fahrradverleih in der Nähe. Alles perfekt bis auf die Bad-/Toilettensituation. Eine kleine Toilette ohne Fenster, eine Minidusche an einem Schlafzimmer, ein größeres Bad mit Wanne auf Podest. Alles machbar, aber ungewöhnlich für eine ansonsten sehr schöne Fewo.

Le charme et le calme près du Lac

Wohnung in wunderschöne Umgebung und wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse.

Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsene (Ehepaar mit zwei Erwachsenen Kindern und Hund) angereist. Die Wohnung war schön, es fehlte an nichts. Christophe hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Umgebung war uns unbekannt, aber hat uns wirklich berühr. Von der Terrasse aus war ein toller Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
