Hello, We are very sorry that you had a bad experience (most of part due to our intyernet provider) but we would like to calrify some points. First of all, departure time is maximum 10.00 a.m. If you left at 8.00 am, that was your choice, not our request. We are make the appartement cleaned by a company since 2 years and normally there is no problem If there should be a problem, you would have been easily able to tell it to us as you arrived and we would make our best to solve the cleaning problems, of course. We've had a problem with our internet provider, and had to exchange our internet router. Thus, It makes some little times to solve this and it was solved when you were leaving 3 days after we knew there were a problem.
