Antibes - attractive apartment with panoramic views & 300m from 2 beaches
The apartment is ideally located at the gateway of the Cap d'Antibes in the much sought after area of Ponteil, 300 m from two sandy beaches and in easy walking from the historic centre of Antibes and the lively resort of Juan-les-Pins.
It contains a lounge/kitchen and separate bedroom located on the 3rd floor of a luxury residence with a good-sized swimming pool, gardens and a caretaker The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed with sleeping, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and large closet, and a bathroom with toilet. All main rooms open out onto a long balcony with views of the town, sea and mountains.
A garage in the basement of the residence is included and there is a lift to all floors . A new kitchen and air conditioning were installed in 2019. It has free wifi.
For small children, we provide a high chair, cot and beach toys.
The building is in a residential neighbourhood and is set in beautiful gardens. The beaches of Ponteil and Salis are both within 300m and have a magnificent view of the Alps and the Bay of Nice. Sandy beaches are also found at Juan-les Pins and in the historic medieval heart of Antibes, which are also easily accessible on foot.
In a few minutes walk from the apartment there is a small, but well-stocked supermarket (larger ones are in the centre, which can be reached on foot), an excellent bakery, restaurant, chemist, and newsagent (French, English and international newspapers). There are numerous good quality restaurants, bars, shops and galleries in both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins.
There is a bus stop in front of the residence for buses to the centre and the old town (but you can easily walk to the centre and the old town in 10 minutes) and the famous Eden Roc Hotel on the Cape d'Antibes. From the railway and bus stations there are quick and regular connections to Nice and its airport, Cannes, Monaco and all the other attractions on the Cote d'Azur.

In order to provide a professional, efficient and practical service to our clients, we have a local representative in Antibes. He will contact you before your arrival, meet you at the residence and give you the keys between 16:00 and 22:00 on the day of arrival. It will also show you how appliances work. He will also give you practical advice for your stay in Antibes. During your holidays, he is also your point of contact in Antibes. He speaks French, Italian and English.
