We had a lovely stay and the host provided us with good and productive information. They cleaned the pool two times in s week, and we just loved the house’s location and pool area. It had a beautiful terrasse and lounge set we used in the evenings. It was a 10/10 stay! Would definitely recommend.

Truthfully the pictures do not show just how great this property is...its absolutely fantastic! There is nothing that I could add to make it better...the building, the pool, the environment with the canal boats passing, the village with the patisserie and restaurant...what a place! Special thanks to Claudine and Jerome who checked us in and were so kind and helpful with any small queries we had. This is one place we will return to...without a doubt! thank you for allowing us to visit!

Wir, vier Freundinnen, waren sehr gespannt auf das Haus, das uns von den Fotos bei FeWo direkt auf Anhieb sehr gefallen hat. Aber die Realität war überwältigend. Hinzu kam, dass wir sehr herzlich empfangen und mit dem Haus vertaut gemacht wurden. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir eine angenehme liebolle Betreuung erfahren!Das Haus bietet u.a. durch die unterschiedlichsten Sitzgruppen im Haus, auf der Terrasse sowie am Pool sehr viele Möglichkeiten, den Urlaub zu gestalten und zu genießen.Schwimmen, Lesen, Schreiben, Malen, Musik hören, Fernsehen, gemeinsames Spielen oder auch sich einfach Zurückziehen ... Für alles Tun oder Nichtstun gibt es einen passenden Ort. Die geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche z.B. lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Ganz nah bei kann man sich aber auch in Restaurants mit köstlichen Speisen verwöhnen lassen.Die Lage des Hauses ist nicht nur dafür optimal. Auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind sehr lohnenswert. Viele Orte haben ihren eigenen besonderen Charme und laden zum Verweilen ein.Am Ende des Urlaubs wollten wir eigentlich das Haus garnicht mehr verlassen.

Nous avons été bien accueilli dès notre arrivé (en avance). Nous avons rencontré un problème avec des guêpes présentent qui a été immédiatement géré par Claudine et son mari (les voisins). Maison propre, agréable et confortable. Le cadre est vraiment top au calme avec le canal. Nous remercions Claudine et son mari pour leur gentillesse ils ont été charmant.

Cette belle maison est un excellent point de départ pour visiter les villes environnantes et faire de superbes balades à vélo le long des différentes voies vertes de la région. Un emplacement idéal !Malheureusement, le temps n’était pas au rendez-vous pendant notre séjour, mais cela n’a en rien diminué le charme du lieu.

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir haben uns im Ort und der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt, weil man von dort aus viel unternehmen kann. Auch der Canal du Centre mit seinen Booten direkt am Grundstück war unterhaltsam. Viele gute Restaurants! Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: viele Stechmücken, vor allem abends.

Maison parfaitement agencée impeccable avec un accueil très agréable.accueil très agréable par les voisins qui sont toujours disponibles. Flot hus med dejlig pool

Dejligt hus, overdækket pool, hyggeligt med kanalen og skibe der kom forbi. Lækkert med overdækket terrasse. Bor tæt på større by og gode indkøbsmuligheder. Helt sikkert en hus vi gerne vil komme tilbage til. Værten var god til at tage imod og hjælpsomme. Dejligt med vin, grønsager og køligt vand.

Erholsame Ferien am Canal du centre

Ein herzlicher Empfang durch die Tochter, Jerome und Claudine liess uns sofort zu Hause fühlen. Wir verbrachten bei sehr heissem Wetter wunderbare Tage am und im Haus. Das Haus blieb kühl und angenehm. Der Pool war dann noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Und wurde rege benutzt. Wir können das geräumige Haus nur empfehlen.

Très bon sejour

Très bon accueil, maison spacieuse propre et agréable. Piscine au top dépaysement total pour ce séjour d'une semaine en couple avec 2 adolescentes. Tout était parfait dommage pour le manque de prestation extérieur (manque de commerces de proximité). Nous recommandons cette location :-)

Parfait pour des vacances au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison, conforme au descriptif de l'annonce et très propre. Située dans une impasse, au calme, avec vue de la grande terrasse bien ombragée (où nous avons pris tous nos repas) sur la piscine, le canal et les bateaux qui passent en silence. Il y a une boulangerie à quelques pas, sinon des grandes surfaces (Leclerc, Lidl) pas loin. Le grand plus: les voisins très charmants (qui vous accueillent à l'arrivée, disponibles, de bons conseils pour les restaurants, et toujours le sourire), la bouteille de vin blanc, d'eau et une terrine au frais en cadeau de bienvenue! Le moins: rien sauf... la chaleur! Un grand merci à tous, Anne, Alain et Pauline

Rundum toller Urlaub

Wir haben schon oft Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen gemacht, aber hier die Unterkunft in Fragnes-la-Loyère war absolut top. Das Haus und der Außenbereich waren sehr geplegt, alles was man brauchte war vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Der Pool war für uns ein Highlight und wurde von einem Nachbarn mehrmals gereinigt. Eine Ansprechpartnerin half einem bei allen kleinen Fragen, man fühlte sich schon fast als Familienmitglied. Der Ort selber war zwar klein, hatte aber mit einem Bäcker, einem Restaurant und einem Touristencenter (Fahrradverleih!) ein kleines Zentrum. Am angrenzenden Kanal konnte man sehr gut wandern und Radfahren. Die vorbeifahrenden Hausboote waren immer ein Hingucker! Dijon und Beaune waren mit ihren mittelalterlichen Innenstädten auch eine Reise wert. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt in der Nachbarstadt. Als Fazit kann ich nur sagen, dass wir höchst zufrieden waren und uns prima erholt haben. Wir haben das Ferienhaus auch schon unseren Freunden angeboten! ;-)

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une très belle maison, parfaitement équipée. La grande terrasse surplombant la piscine nous a permis de passer de bons moments. Le beau temps étant au rendez-vous et la proximité du canal nous ont offert de belles balades. Un gros plus, les voisins qui nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse, sympathie et prévenance. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location pour des vacances au calme, mais qui toutefois reste proche de la ville et des visites touristiques.

Villa in der Bourgogne direkt am Canal du Centre

Sehr komfortables Haus mit gutem Service bei Problemen. Von der grossen Terrasse aus lassen sich die Schiffe auf dem Kanal beobachten. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Beaune, Chalon-sur Saone, Dijon, Autun oder entlang der Weinstrasse.

Great place for vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The house is large and clean and it included a wonderful welcoming gift (Wine and local specialty). The kitchen is fully equipped. We did not have our own bed sheets, but that was no problem, because we could borrow them. Swimming pool is great and was checked/cleaned also during our stay. The neighbors checked us in and were very friendly and helpful. Even when the gas tank for the BBQ was empty, they arranged a new one for us the same day. We will certainly come back again! Thank you for a great stay!
