A CHARMING RESIDENCE

The evidence, family home for 5 generations, is a charming house, located in the heart of Burgundy-Franche-Comté. Completely renovated by us, we wanted to combine heritage and modernity.
The 4 bedrooms are spacious and equipped with a private bathroom and WC, each with a unique view of the outside.
The park, raised, is a haven of peace, with its heated swimming pool from the beginning of April to the end of October.
We will be happy to welcome you for a unique stay, with family or friends,

Lovely House for a charming holiday

The House is very comfortable and charming. It has a wonderful kitchen, interior selected with taste, excellent bathrooms and there is plenty of room. The beds are comfy and we all slept very well. We spent ten very relaxing days there and were very sad to leave. The hosts, Claire and Leopold, are most agreable and always ready to help. The premises are inviting and we enjoyed very much the company of the cute chickens. We certainly shall come back.

Wonderful Property

We had a fabulous two nights in Bragny-sur-saone. We were two families with kids ranging from 4-13 years old. The house was extremely spacious and well equipped with lots of toys for the littles, and comfortable places for the big kids to relax and read. The beds were all very comfortable and the grounds were immaculate. The pool area was a real highlight for our group. The hosts were beyond kind and welcoming. If we are back in the region we will not hesitate to book here again. Thank you for having us!

Lovely property

The house was really well equipped including toys for kids. The accommodation was spacious and airy with real style. The goat and chickens were a nice surprise. It felt very homely and I’d stay again if I was in the area. The host lives on the next door property but there is a lot of distance between them so you don’t see them but nice to know that they are nearby if you need anything.

Résidence spacieuse et très agréable

Située dans un parc arboré, cette résidence est très bien aménagée et spacieuse. chaque couple profite d'un espace préservé et les parties communes sont très agréables à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Bien équipé. Nous sommes prêts à y retourner !

Traumhaft!!!

Wir waren mit der Großfamilie in diesem fantastischen Anwesen und haben 1 Woche lang Beaune mit Umgebung besucht. Das Haus ist äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat extrem viel Platz! Sogar unser Kleinkind hatte eine eigene Spielecke! Es gibt sogar Hühner auf dem Gelände die sehr zutraulich waren! Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen! Auf Wunsch kann man einen Koch mieten, der ein fantastisches Menü in der Küche kocht ! Ein richtig tolles Erlebnis! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!

Wundervolle Residenz

Wir haben als Familie mit drei Generationen eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem tollen Gutshaus verbracht. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Das Lage ist verkehrstechnisch gut, um die Umgebung wie Dijon, Beaune, Chalon-sur-Saône, Louhans, Mâcon usw. mit dem Auto innerhalb 1h zu erkunden. Die Residenz ist sehr ruhig gelegen und die charmanten Besitzer erzählen gerne über die Geschichte des Hauses. Die Besitzer sind ganz in der Nähe wenn man sie braucht, ansonsten sehr diskret im Hintergrund. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Maison charmante et rénovée

Nous avons séjourné en famille 3 jours. Les chambres sont très belles, spacieuses et propres ! Nous n’avons pas profiter du jardin mais il y a un grand terrain à disposition Cuisine bien équipée et grande La communication avec la propriétaire a été très fluide et très agréable Très bon rapport qualité prix Je recommande !

Eine traumhafte Woche im Burgund

Am Rande aller Touristenströme liegt ein wahnsinng tolles liebevoll umgebautes altes Gutshaus mit allem, was das Herz begeht. Leider haben wir nur eine Woche gebucht und die Zeit mit den vielen Möglichkeiten viel zu knapp. Radtouren, Golfen , Sightseeing und Weinproben, alles gut erreichbar und im Anschluss bei schönem Pool mit Liege und Megaaussicht lockt die Erholung. An der nahen Saone ein super nettes Lokal mit noch besserem Essen. Das hatte was. Danke an Claire und ihren Mann für die liebevolle Renovierung des wunderschönen Hauses und die tolle Betreuung! Wir kommen wieder💪💪

Gite magnifique

Très belle demeure, très bien décorée, très grandes pièces, très bonne literie, équipement de la cuisine important. Une piscine et des transats agrémentent la propriété. Les propriétaires sont charmants et ont plaisir à raconter l'histoire de ce gîte aux clients.
