Facing due south, this ground-floor apartment features: 1 main room with a kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet. A south-facing balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
The apartment sleeps 5 (1 single sofa bed), but is most comfortable for 4 people.
Parking available nearby.
Ski locker right outside the apartment door.
Pillows, comforters, and blankets are provided

The apartment is “non-smoking,” and pets are not allowed.

Cleaning is to be done by you or by our housekeeper for an additional fee (50€)

IN WINTER: Manigod–La Clusaz ski area. 25 km of trails connected to the Merdassier ski area and the magnificent La Clusaz ski area, with 130 km of trails! Night skiing until 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday during school breaks and every Friday and Saturday outside of school breaks. Opportunities for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, kids’ club, ski school, toboggan run, hiking trails, farm tours...

In SUMMER: Several hiking trails start right at the foot of the apartment. 140 km of marked trails, walks, hikes, mountain biking, tennis, summer sledding, tree-top adventure courses, fun hikes for kids, inflatable play structures, a supervised and heated swimming pool in La Clusaz, 10 km away, devalkart, farm tours, and nearby tourist attractions (Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Annecy, and the lake for dreamy swims…)…

Fabrices appartment met our expectations. Well equipped, tastefully redecorated. Good beds and matrasses. And a great location. What a view, on the slopes and Chez Fon Fon bar/restaurant

L’appartement est très bien. Jolie vue sur les pistes et les montagnes. Quelques centaines de mètres des premières remontées. On peut même descendre en voiture si on ne veut pas remonter à pied, il y a toujours des places pour se garer au pied des pistes.

Une station au top pour les familles

L'appartement était très sale à notre arrivée.De la sauce tomate sur le frigo, des oreillers avec des taches, des couettes trouées, canapé taché, photos envoyées à la gérante. J'oubliais, la vaisselle a faire avant de s'en servir. Sinon, belle situation de l'appartement, une très belle vue sur la station qui offre de belles activités pour les familles.
