No bedding or towels!

It was a huge disappointment to arrive in the evening with tired children to find no bedding or towels in the appartment. This was not mentioned in the listing with VRBO and you can imagine how this adversely impacted our stay there. I emailed the agent and they told us we could hire bedding somewhere in town!! Nobody travelling to this appartment from abroad should be faced with this! I’d like to hear from VRBO about what they are prepared to do about this before I take any further steps.

Appartement bien situĂ© Ă  400m de l'entrĂ©e de la Clusaz.Spacieux et tres lumineux avec la baie vitrĂ©e et la fenĂȘtre, une vue Ă  180o sur la montagne incroyable ! Un balcon avec une grande table bien appreciable exposĂ© plein sud.L'interieur est tres bien amĂ©nagĂ© avec goĂ»t, ambiance tres cosy. Un Ă©quipement egalement au top ! Il y a beaucoup de materiel de cuisine.PropretĂ© rien a dire aussi.Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© ce logement de qualitĂ© Ă  un prix raisonnable. Le seul bĂ©mol : concerne les conditions d'accueil, pas de contact direct avec le propriĂ©taire,seulement par mail.La remise des clefs qe fait par l'association des MeublĂ©s dans le centre ville qui est fermĂ©e le samedi et dimanche ! Alors il vaut mieux ne pas avoir de soucis pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs dans la boĂźte aux lettres....

Appartement bien situé proche des activités proposées par la station, à quelques minutes de marche. Environnement au calme pour profiter du balcon et de la vue. Dommage que les poussiÚres n'aient pas été faßtes dans le salon en particulier.Mis à part ce bemol, nous y avons passé une bonne semaine.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet apparement conforme à la description avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne tout en étant proche du centre du village. Un grand merci à François Xavier le proprietaire trÚs réactif. Nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement en trĂšs bon Ă©tat, trĂšs lumineux et bien situĂ©. Escalier pour mezzanine plutĂŽt dangereux pour personne ĂągĂ©e et enfants. Ensemble trĂšs correct.Seul point noir: ĂȘtre obligĂ© de louer ses draps et linges de bain nous paraĂźt trĂšs compliquĂ© et inhabituel!!

Appartement trÚs bien placé à proximité du centre de la station et au calme. En 10 minutes à pied on trouve tous les commerces. L'appartement est trÚs bien agencé et équipé. On ne manque de rien. Il est également trÚs propre. Il a été repeint en juin et la salle de bain rénovée avec goût. A noter que la chambre en mezzanine donne sur le séjour en contrebas. Elle n'est pas fermée. Elle est le passage pour se rendre dans la chambre des enfants.

TrÚs bon séjour, passé dans cet appartement trÚs lumineux avec une belle vue sur les Aravis. Appartement bien équipé, confortable, décoré et meublé avec goût. A 10 minutes à pied du centre avec toutes les activités ce qui est appréciable. Propriétaire ainsi que l'agence trÚs sympathique. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
