****PLEASE READ ENTIRELY BEFORE BOOKING ****


This is a 1Bdrm 1Ba unit with twin bunk beds in the hallway. The master bedroom has a king bed. It is in the middle of the complex on the 6th floor and has gorgeous unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico!! The unit has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. It is just a short walk from the condo to the beach (only 300yards :) ) however there are also a few parking spots down by the boardwalk that are first come first serve should you wish to drive your vehicle down vs walk.

This unit has granite in the kitchen, tile floors throughout. There is free WIFI and cable.

Some other amenities of the condo are the large pool, hot tub, and common area grill. The views of the Gulf and Mobile Bay are breathtaking.

The Indies is approximately 1 mile from the Fort, the Ferry, the Bon Secour Wild Life Refuge and access to a boat ramp. There is a marina and Tacky Jacks across the street.

NO PETS ALLOWED & NO SMOKING ALLOWED - no exceptions. One time Parking fee of 40.00 (not included in price as it’s goes directly to security company) is due upon arrival to the security guard in order to obtain parking pass for your stay.

**** EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - the pool key is a key fob that you will need to keep up with and be sure to leave on kitchen counter at check out. They are 125.00 to replace if you lose it or take it with you. Cleaners will inspect after each checkout for the key and send a photo - if it is missing the guest checking out on that day is responsible for the 125.00 replacement fee! ****

This was my family’s third stay at this location. Only changes were the unit was repainted (looks nice), the unit was even cleaner compared to our last visit, and a lot more beach rentals have been built around the building. No issues with owners and security was present and ready to assist.

This is our absolute favorite destination spot for our little family! This was our 2nd year here and it was nothing short of amazing! Lindsey is an absolutely wonderful host!! We hope to continue going for years to come!

What a great vacation!

The property was very nice. Location was perfect. In the less busy side of the beach. Great for people wanting to maximize time with family and friends. The host was amazing. Will return for sure!

Great Vacation

The owner was very quick when responding to any questions that I had. The price was very affordable. The condo was very nice and well maintained. The views from the balcony were amazing. This was our first time staying in Fort Morgan, and we will definately go back.

Perfect Beach getaway

This was a great little condo! The furnishings definitely gave it the beachy feel. We always stay in Fort Morgan simply because it's less congested than the larger areas of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and we also love taking the ferry over from Dauphin Island. Lindsey was a perfect hostess! The couple of questions I had, she answered promptly by phone and text. We look forward to staying here again on future visits to the beach. I would highly recommend the precious little beachy condo when planning your next trip.

No elevator

We rented a condo on the sixth floor. We arrived to find both elevators were broken. At 60 years old with bad knees, carrying luggage and groceries up six flights of stairs is not fun or relaxing. It hurts.

Little gem!

We had a lovely time staying at this condo. The short walk to the beach wasn’t bad and the beaches weren’t too overcrowded. The condo was a perfect size for our little family. The only thing I wish this condo had was indoor rugs at the door for you to wipe some of the sand off of your feet. There was also sand all over the furniture so you can tell this condo wasn’t deep cleaned in between guests. Other than those small issue s this was a perfect place to stay in Fort Morgan.

Fantastic Condo

Our family loved this condo. It was bigger than the pictures made it seem. our family of 4 had plenty of room for us and our stuff. The closet in the bedroom was big enough to store our hang-up clothes and suitcases. The only issue we had was with the elevators but Lindsey made that right. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. We drove the first day but that was really unnecessary and walked the rest of the time. If you have issues with the distance then I recommend you take a look at your physical condition and make changes in your personal life. We will be back next year!

Appreciate the area and the condo owners

As with most stays there is good and bad. The owners were accommodating and communicated well about the property. What issues I had were addressed effectively, and better than a company or LLC type platform. The condo association did very well with their security (officer or company) choice, as he kept a comfortable, yet secure eye out for my family and vehicle. Exterior of the property is extremely clean, as well as the pool area. I will most likely stay here again based on the proximity of the marina across the street. The beach is a comfortable walk, with a cart or wagon. The actual beach has decent waves, is shallow, yet clean. Gulf wildlife is present, but not overwhelming. Good luck

I gave it a 4/5 for cleanliness because the patio could've been swept off. There was a bit of sand on it. The listing mentions beach gear, but we were unable to find any, but that wasn't a big deal for us. We really loved the view, it was INCREDIBLE!

Lindsey's property was perfect for our little family! My daughters loved the bunk beds with tvs the most! The area is so quiet and low key. Beach was beautiful and there wasn't a huge crowd. It was the perfect ending to summer!

Great place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed in Fort Morgan multiple times as a family, however, this was our first time with just the two of us. The condo was perfect. It was well maintained and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. We loved having only a short walk to the beach along with the easy access to the pool. There was a bit of construction going on in and around the building, and while it was a bit annoying, it didn’t interfere too much with our stay. The owner was quick to respond to questions that we had and all instructions for check in and check out were simple and concise. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome condo!

We stayed here for an entire week with our 2 small children and had the absolute best experience. The condo was clean and the perfect size for us. The Fort Morgan area is quieter and less crowded than Gulf Shores, which was a plus for us. Gulf Shores is just a short drive for restaurants and other activities. Lindsey was the absolute best host. We had one very minor issue with the ceiling fan remote not operating and Lindsey was quick to respond and help. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and well maintained. We had a couple of issues to which I texted the owner and they were quickly resolved. Please be aware, if you are used to a firm bed, the master is definitely not one of them. My boyfriend ended up trying to sleep on the bunk, but was too tall, but found the sofa the most comfortable. Also, hand soap is not provided. We arrived late and ran straight to the bathroom to find no hand soap. We ended up using the provided shampoo in a hurry and then used my body wash until we could make it to the store the next day. Overall the Indies is a nice complex, but I have stayed in the Dunes condo next door before as well and I do like the Dunes better. This property is definitely a nice one though and will be recommended.

Great getaway!

This was our first vacation as a family of four and our kids so enjoyed our stay! Lindsey was so informative and quick to respond. She kept us updated on changes as needed. The location was easy to find and access. It is a little a walk to the beach, but there are places to park closer to the boardwalk. Condo was clean and welcoming. Our daughter loved the new ice cream place right across the road at the marina. Great getaway! We all came back relaxed and ready to go back!
