La Casa 04 is a luxurious, multi-level condo offering over 2,400 square feet of ample space for the whole family or travel group to enjoy. This unit recently went through an extensive renovation and is beautifully appointed. The entry level consists of a full kitchen, complete with all the creature comforts of home, and a breakfast bar. The dining room includes a table for eight (with the extensions), as well as a wet bar for entertaining. And the adjacent living area is comfortably furnished and includes a gas fireplace as well as access out to a private balcony and a queen sleeper for additional sleeping. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request. Also for your enjoyment, there are two common area hot tubs.

La Casa is conveniently located just a 150 yard walk to the slopes and just a short walk from all the many restaurants and shops in the base area. We also provide a winter shuttle that loops to the ski area and is on call to anywhere within the city limits of Steamboat Springs. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs like those at Old Town Hot Springs, or take a trip back in time at the fun and fascinating Tread of Pioneers Museum, both less than four miles from this property. And for all-ages, summertime fun, visit Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park, just a little over two miles west.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
