Great family stay

They were very accommodating on any needs including getting us an early check in time. The home was clean and had everything we asked for including laundry detergent and all of the cooking supplies and utensils. Awesome space for families!

We stayed at this beautiful condo mid-July. Nine total adults/high school kids. This place was a perfect launching point for all things steamboat and the surrounding wilderness adventures. The condo had everything we needed and property grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of privacy and great group spaces. The pool and area were wonderful. Highly recommend this condo. Great location. Easy to walk or take the shuttle to the slopes. A hot tub would be a nice addition on the lovely porch.

Great stay

The condo was great! Very spacious. We loved that each room has its own bathroom. Spent lots of time on the back balcony enjoying the nice weather.

Great ski house for group trip

Loved staying here - big living room / dining room space which is perfect for games, fun, cooking, etc. Easy bus to town and to the ski mountain. Comfortable and everyone was super responsive and easy to coordinate with.

Great Location

Overall a great location and great space. If you're staying in summer, a heads up that some of the bedrooms can get hot, but they did provide fans, and its not too bad with the windows open at night. If you're there in winter, the location won't be beat.

Fun Time in Steamboat Townhome

The property was clean, had bathrooms off of each bedroom (which was really nice), the kitchen was well appointed, and the management company was attentive to check-in and any needs we had during our stay. Given it was summer and there was no A/C, it did get a little roasty during the day. That said, we love Steamboat and would go back and stay in this location again.

Repeat customer - great place!

My group of 10 stayed here for the second year for a ski trip and really enjoyed it. Every room has a bathroom which was great for our 4 couples and kids. Made a huge difference. It had all the amenities we could ask for and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Great layout, lots of blankets and pillows and towels. Very clean too. We loved that we could reserve a shuttle to and from the gondola transit center ahead of time with just a quick walk to the bottom of the driveway. The text line for iTrip was super helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Home

I live in Miami, Florida and came to Steamboat for a family wedding. It was my first time in Colorado and it was an amazing experience. Decided to rent this place for myself and my family of 9 people. This townhome was perfect. It was very spacious, clean, and in a great location. It has a double garage and space for a third car in front. The first floor has a bedroom, which was convenient for my older relatives who could not go up the stairs as much. The second floor is the kitchen which is very spacious and had a large dining room for everyone to fit. The family room and living room are also on the second floor as well as a spacious balcony with furniture and a beautiful view. There is even a washer and dryer to be able to do laundry. The bedrooms are located on the third floor. Each bedroom was spacious, had it to own closet and bathroom. All of the bathrooms were very clean and had extra linen and toiletries available. Besides being a beautiful home in a great location with extra supplies, one of the best parts was the attentiveness of iTrip. I could not find my confirmation email with how to enter the unit so I reached out to them and immediately received a response. They resent the email and ensure that I was able to get into the unit. Throughout the day, they also contacted me to ask if I needed anything and to make sure the stay was going well. They also followed up with me upon checkout to make sure there were no issues. This is the perfect place to stay for anyone with a large group or family. It’s in a great location, it has everything you need, and the hospitality received was wonderful. I would most definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful Property with Plenty of Room for All Family Members

We were very impressed with this large townhome with lots of amenities, very clean and updated. Near our favorite places to walk to on the mountain. Great for allowing children to sleep upstairs while the adults could spend time together downstairs.

Rabbit Ears Pass Snowmobiling Trip

This place was perfect for our needs! It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy 3 days riding in the mountains of Rabbit Ears Pass. The private hot tub was fantastic after a long day of riding. The kitchen was fully loaded with every utensil needed. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Clean, comfortable and roomy

The unit was very well stocked for our convenience and nicely organised.. The booking agent was very responsive to all of our requests. They offer a shuttle service that will transport your group to the ski area. Call at least an hour in advance and the shuttle driver will pick you up promptly. The garage was a nice convenience. We enjoyed our stay!
