The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express, and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Great Experience at Torian Plaza!

I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at Torian Plaza. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the unit I stayed in (#702) was just lovely -- clean and comfortable, with a really nice mattress on the king bed. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It is so convenient to everything. The view of the lifts are amazing. The condo had everything you could ask for. I host vacation homes in FL, so I definitely notice the details. This was a quick trip before our daughter starts PA school and it was AMAZING!!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!

Ideal setting

We spent seven wonderful nights in 702 for our first trip to Steamboat Springs and we’re looking forward to returning next fall. The condo is in a great location with a nice view of the mountain and chair lifts/gondolas. You are very close to downtown and the many trails in the area. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook meals and relax. We didn’t take advantage of the fitness center or swimming pool, but it was nice to know we could. The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about hiking spots. I highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous Ski In, Ski Out Condo

The staff was friendly, and showed us how to get out to the plaza when our room wasn’t ready. The location is absolutely perfect. Your view is of the Steamboat Square and the base area. You look straight out at the wild blue gondola, Christy lift and steamboat gondola. The seventh floor gives you a perfect view of the mountains as well as the slopes. The garage area has ample parking, luggage carts, as well as grocery shopping carts for all your needs during the week. Inside the unit, everything was just as it looked in the pictures. There is a large, six seater dining room table as well as stools at the counter for an additional eight seats. In the kitchen, which is usually where I find deficiencies, there seem to be enough, pots pans, cookware, plates, bowls, utensils, as well as some unexpected additional gadgets like a Panini maker, a blender, and a crockpot. Also there were coffee filters and one mornings worth of coffee complementary. This is a regular coffee maker in the unit so you will need grounds. I heard no complaints from my teenage son, who slept on the queen size sleeper sofa. I loved that there is a ski locker/closet outside each unit! There were hooks, cubbies and a bench in the entryway which was perfect for putting on and taking off our ski gear. There was also complimentary laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper and paper towels and even sleds that my boys loved! I would never stay anywhere else when we go back to Steamboat.

Spring Skiing

The condo was in an ideal location, we walked out the door in the morning and right onto the mountain. The condo had a great view of the mountain and was located in the middle of all the activity. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and our family of 4 was very comfortable.

Steamboat 2021 ski trip

This was our 4th stay in the Torian Plum and by far our best. This is a really nice ski in/ski out condo that is well furbished. The beds were comfy. The view of the slope was fantastic. The online depiction was very accurate. We were really pleased and would gladly stay here again.

Perfect location

This condo is located in the perfect location for skiing. After you’re done you can relax and have many places to enjoy apres ski just steps from the condo entrance. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked and the best part is the master bed is very comfortable. Loved this place.

Aug long weekend

The condo is very comfortable and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated. View is incredible. Master bed is extremely bouncy so you feel every move of your bed partner. AC in master Bedroom was great but other bedroom was very hot. The rest of condo was miserably hot being on 7th floor and no AC. I don’t recommend this unit in the Summer. Condo only had two fans which is inadequate. It took 3 emails with property mgmt company Vacasa to learn if shampoo was provided in bathrooms. The final answer was “No” however we did have shampoo in both bathrooms. Not impressed with Vacasa., however, front desk staff were wonderful. Given Covid 19 concerns, it would be nice if some type of disinfecting cleaner was provided in condo to clean kitchen counter, etc.

Spacious Condo at the Base of Resort

This condo has a fairly large living area (kitchen, dining, & living). There's a small balcony that overlooks the base of the resort where, in summer at least, you can see/hear people dining at a couple of restaurants as well as kids playing. (We didn't notice any noise when we were sleeping.) The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, utensils, etc., but didn't seem to have any basics, so be sure to bring those yourself if you plan on cooking. There is a window A/C unit in the main bedroom, but it can get pretty warm in the other rooms during the hot summer months. The condo was clean, but there was some wear & tear - like the screen door, which had definitely seen better days. All in all, it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Beautiful unit 702 with great Mountain Views

This lovely home has a mountain lodge feel in a 2 bedroom, overlooking the ski resort. It was fully equipped with all that we needed for great meals at home and Is a real relaxation getaway with outdoor hot tubs and a huge pool. The amenities were first class all around! The staff super helpful!!
