Very Nice Unit with good location

This unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and spread out. The views of the slopes and hillside were really pretty at night with the lights. About a 5 minute walk to pick up our rentals and hit the gondola. It is a second floor unit so we had to navigate stairs.

Great location to be close to gondola

My family and I enjoyed staying at the condo. It was updated and clean. We are already booking again for next year. Perfect location. Short walk to gondola and lifts. 2nd floor is perfect.

No luggage storage before/after check in/out

Super disappointed in this property. Every single VRBO we've stayed at a ski resort offered luggage storage prior to and after check in/out. We had to scramble to figure out a way to store our luggage while we skied the last day. None of this was communicated on the listing.

Late summer = perfect temps

Your condo was wonderful for our summer vacation at Steamboat for our group of 6. The location was great to enjoy activities at base and quick to get to and from town with our rental vehicle. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 adults and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was so enjoyable in the morning with our coffee, watching the sunrise and in the evening watching and listening to the birds in the trees. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. The cool temps in the morning kept your unit comfortable throughout the day while we were in and out exploring and enjoying our outdoor activities. The last week of August was a perfect time to visit Steamboat - low crowds & cooler temps. Thank you for sharing your special mountain home with us.

Great location, amenities not great

Location is great, near the village and a cute market. But, we booked a property with a washer and dryer because we have a baby. Washer wasn’t working. We finally got it working after we spent about an hour on it. We called for maintainence and no one came. The dryer also only blows cold air so we took home wet clothes. The balcony was covered in dirt including the chairs. This was another reason we booked this - for the view and the balcony.

Couch needs to be replaced

Location is terrific for this condo as well the use of underground parking. However the property management response as well as leasing a condo at a premium price during spring break with a couch that has significant tears is unacceptable without prior notification or a credit. As much as I paid for the week the owner can invest in a new couch. The response I received from property management was lacking for this complaint. Will think twice before recommending Vacasa.

Amenity Not as Advertised

We have stayed at the SnowFlower condominium several times, and stayed in this property last year. We enjoyed our stay last year and were happy to return. The convenience of the location is hard to beat - just a short walk to the resort base and gondolas. The more significant issue was related to the amenities. Like many families, we specifically chose a rental based on the availability of an individual washer/dryer in the unit. This is an essential amenity to us as it allows us to pack less and reuse. It is also essential, as an in-unit set up allows you to do laundry at your convenience. The washer and dryer on this property did not work for the entirety of our stay. There was no power to the dryer, and the washer would not turn on. While the button was replaced on the washer on the second to last day of our week-long stay, we discovered that the washer wouldn't drain. I spent so much time back and forth with the management company, to no avail. We were provided quarters for the shared W/D which was kind, but still required taking 2 hours every other day to do laundry. This is an incredible bummer when you have an activity-packed schedule. We asked for a significant decrease in the advertised rate and were given a nominal refund of 3%. The right answer, at the beginning, would have been to replace the units the same day, or the refund off the advertised rate as requested. We also suggested they remove the amenity from the listing so as not to disappoint future travelers.
